Weak Support Rods
This umbrella failed in less than three months. Here in central Florida, we occasionally get high wind or frequent storms. Although the weather is mostly sunshine, the wind comes and goes in a gust. We normally close the umbrella when there's excessive rain or high wind. Our umbrella is beautiful emerald coast in color with a wind vent at the top. One evening a light breeze caused 3 metal support rods to break. Since there was a 1-year warranty on the fame, I call Home Depot, but since it has been over 30 days, they would not take the umbrella back nor would they replace the frame. The vent at the top should have not allowed the support rods to break with a light breeze.

Tilt button doesn’t work.
Love everything about it but the tilt is inoperable almost looks like part of button missing . Bought it in off season March of 2020 but didn’t put it up on pool deck till June since I live in Michigan .thats is far as it will tilt.

Not Water Repellent
Really like the size and color but it is not water repellant. During a mild sprinkle the water comes through getting everything under it wet.

I didn't realize that it was an autotilt umbrella, had I realized I would have opted for a manual...
I didn't realize that it was an autotilt umbrella, had I realized I would have opted for a manual tilt, as I have in the past. Other than that I am enjoying my new umbrella by Hampton Bay. It complements my new Hampton Bay 7 pieces Laurel Oaks table dining set very well. Thank you Hone Depot and Hampton Bay.
