A: It covers manufacturing defects, open seams, and excessive fading. It does not cover storm damage or lost items.
A: The stand is not included.
A: When I bought my Umbrella on line it gave the information on that item only and No stand was pictured. If the stand came with it, the ad would have stated that..Nice Umbrella using it right now..
A: Stand is sold separately
A: As many umbrellas as I've shopped for, I have never come across one which includes a stand. Just like TV's are advertised sitting on a prIces TV stand. I always read manufacturer's info about the product and what is included. Shopping for a stand is a whole other story as prices, quality, and selection is as diverse as the umbrellas themselves.
A: The stand does not come with the umbrella. Stand is sold separately. Thanks
A: I tried two types of stands: plastic sand type and a round metal 30 pound base. Neither worked when it gets windy here in Florida. I found a umbrella base that weighs 44 pounds that works very well. I also have a Hampton Bay 10 ft. X 6 ft. umbrella that I use another 44 pound base .
A: I use a metal stand that compliments the patio set I purchased 11 years ago. It is a metal base, so it is heavy. I find those sand filled ones for this style umbrella to be lacking in in strength and support. Not a fan of that type umbrella base.
A: No sand filled base needed. I use a heavy metal base. This umbrella is lovely!!!!
A: Personally, I am using it with a 28 lb metal umbrella stand from Big Lots. As far as wind goes, on a windy days the umbrella sways, but stays put.
A: I purchased this as a gift and have no knowledge of how it tilts. Thanks
A: No. It tilts only along the long axis.
A: Yes it can tilt the umbrella in multiple directions.
