A: Please contact Home Depot customer service at 1(855) HD Hampton for lock nuts
A: Go to your local Home Depot. Go to the light fixture department. Find a customer Service rep, (CSR),explain the situation. Ask help/permission to find a new unit, open the box and remove the unit. Go to the nut/bolt aisle and find BRASS nuts the same size and thread. Put the unit back in the box and have the CSR. tape it so it is as good as new. Yes, ask for help.
A: If I remember correctly, these are fine thread. As the product is made in China, I would look at metric sizes somewhere in the 6mm range. You'll need bolts. I can't remember how long they are, but somewhere around 1" should do the job
A: Please refer to homedepot.com for instructions
A: There are screws on it on the outside that you unscrew and take the glass cover off to access the lightbulbs.
A: To access the light bulbs, unscrew the two cap nuts that hold the cover to the base.. Be careful to choose a stable ladder and hold the cover with one hand while loosening the cap nuts with the other hand. Please be sure you turn off the power to the light fixture off and test the light bulbs prior to starting. Remove the old bulbs, replace with new bulbs. Always replace both bulbs!
A: There is a small screw on the side that you loosen then the light will drop down where you can change the bulbs.
A: There are 2 small screws/bolts along the under side on the flat.
