20-Light 231 in. Solar Black Integrated LED Nautical String Light

I ordered this product for my flower arch at the back of my yard. It was easy to set up, nice lanterns, good quality.

The lights were already assembled and precharged. I just bought 2 to see if they worked. But definitely buying more. .. it's not a very bright light... but it gives a very romantic or cozy lighting.

Easily installed these lights a few months ago in a 6'x8' chicken coop. Plenty of length to put the solar panel on the roof and staple the lights to the ceiling. The lights turn on just as the flock roosts for the night. Adds a few extra hours of low light to keep the hens laying all winter. Works better than expected.

I absolutely love these lights. Very cute nautical theme and the solar capability is perfect. Took me only a few minutes to string them along a lattice overhang near our front door. I placed The solar panel about 2 feet from where I began stringing the lights, where it would receive the most sunlight. The lights are not very bright, but they are bright enough. The lantern portion of the light actually comes off and snaps right back on, in case you need to string them in a tight spot. I love these lights.

This set of 20 nautical solar lights is an interesting addition to the landscape. The little nautical lights add a pleasing accent to a tree at night, a patio, deck, or anywhere a touch of light is desired. The photocell turns them on at dusk and off in 8 hours. The solar panel should be in sunlight during the day so it can charge. Although, as I've shown in the photo, these lights worked when they arrived, they get brighter (3 lumens) when fully charged. They are a soft, pleasing accent light. They came on at dusk and stayed on at least 8 hours when the sun charged them during the day. These lights are easy to install - 1-Remove plastic film from solar panel 2-Hang lights where desired 3-Assemble post to stake and insert in ground 4-Attach solar panel to top of post 5-Turn switch ON in the back Each plastic light is about 2.5" x 2.5" and the spacing between lights is 8". The wiring from the solar panel to the first light is almost 7'. The solar panel is 4.5" x 3" with a 7" ground post and a 4" in-ground stake. This set of lights uses 2 AA, 600 mAh, 1.2V Nickel Hydride rechargeable batteries. These batteries should last about a year before replacement is needed with either 600 or 900 mAh batteries.Example: the drill was really easy to assemble, lightweight and not noisy. I am really pleased with the battery life and was able to use the drill without charging for over an hour of heavy duty use...

really cute string light set put them around my trellis by the house lights up nicely....solar power is strong enough to be bright enough for you to tell what they are at night not that i walk under at night its just for show , my house looks like a airplane runway at night rope lights up the driveway on both sides and in front of the house are color changing lights so these fits in nicely

The Solar Powered Black Nautical String Light is OK for the price. If your looking for some ambiance, just trying to set a mood, then they are fine. Don't expect them to light up your patio. That is the biggest negative to low voltage solar lighting is they just are not very bright. Another problem with this string of lights is the lack of mounting hardware. You are on your own to figure out how to hang them. They were a tangled mess out of the box. You would think they could come up with a better way to package them so you don't spend 20 minutes trying to straighten out the thin, fragile feeling wires. One positive is that they came precharged. It was nice not having to wait all day for the sun to charge up the batteries then find out there is a defect. Would I recommend them? Yes, but I wouldn't pay a dollar more for them and you should only buy them with the expectation they are simply mood lighting. Time will tell how long they withstand the elements.

Lights are basic but serves the purpose for subtle lighting.

They are pretty to look at, but they are not bright enough to light an area. But they do add a nice decorative element to the patio.
