Great little lamp for the money
Takes less than a minute to assemble. It moves around pretty good and takes my Wyze smart bulb. Couldn't be happier with it.

The top section will not stand up
I returned two of these lamps recently. Both had the same issue - the top holder will not stand up and will stoop down in spite of tightening the screw. Looks like it’s unable to bear its own weight + bulb’s weight to stand up straight.

I FIRST TOOK THIS LAMP ON OF THE PACKAGE. IT WOULD NOT LIGHT. CHECKED POWER, CHECKED TWO DIFFERIENT BULBS, NOTHING NO LIGHT. SO TRIED ONE MORE THING. THE CONTACT ON THE BULB HOLDER WAS NOT MAKING CONTACT I NOTICED. SO I BENT IT FORWARD A LITTLE. IT WORKS FINE NOW AND I LOVE IT. THINGS LIKE THIS CAN HAPPEN EVEN ON SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A LAMP.....

Lamp works perfectly. No assembly, just unbox, remove plastic protection, screw in a bulb, and plug it in. It adjust easily and effectively, and provides a nice distribution of light. With a CFL or LED light bulb, it stays very cool to the touch. I really love this lamp.

Good value overall for the price. You need to crank down on the arm to keep it from falling. For those complaining about the 40w limit, just put an LED in there and you're good. LEDs use far less wattage.
