AnswersYou used the long bolts in the wrong place. They're for connecting the tabletop to the base arms. I made the same mistake, and then had to redo the whole assembly.

Rusted and busted
While this is a beautiful set I am sad to say it has not weathered very well. Just short of a year and entire edge is rusted and flaking. Also the chairs are discolored and weave has busted through on 3 of the chairs. Very disappointed...
