Love this lamp, sturdy base, easy assembly, the tubing / shaft pieces screw into each other, which makes it solid and easy to pick up and move without falling apart. Love the reading lamp. I bought one, loved it so much, I added three more to my home.

My wife of 50 years needed more light in her sewing/craft room. The Hampton Bay 71 in. Antique Bronze Floor Lamp with 2 Alabaster Glass Shades was the perfect answer, giving more general light for the room plus a second fixture for close detail work. We are well pleased with the product, the timely shipping to our home, and the service provided by The Home Depot.

The only tools needed for assembly were two light bulbs.
Instructions are easy.
Assembly is easy, the tubes screw together and the light bulbs screw in.
