Bubbles in Glass! Yaaaayy! I love the bubble glass. It looks like it is wet and since there is a candle burning in it, it gives it an interesting sight. The light reflects off of the little drops inside the glass. The bottom, top and handle are a brushed gold color. The handle is long enough to carry/move/hang it while the candle is lit.
Make note: it is difficult to light the candle (even while we were using the extended lighter).
However, it's very nice and the light reflection from the glass is very pretty.

I really like this lantern. It's sturdy, looks really nice, and is easy to match with other outdoor furniture items. No assembly was required, just take it from the box and it's ready to use. I like having these to leave outdoors for night barbecues, and they are great for people who live in hurricane zones or suffer from power outages. It's a quality, simple product.

My wife see these Hampton Bay outdoor Patio Lanterns . And all i heard was" O My, I Want Them " Yes Them "She Got Both side 9.4 And The 12" inche one . Don't Tell her . but i like them to. So here is what she seen . Wife said if she put water in the lanter with tea candles . Or, What if she added food color to the water with these tea candles. Sweet . and how about small lights. . i know i am not doing wording to good . but take a look at my pictures. and i bet you will love these lanterns to. besure to check out my other review about the HAMPTON BAY 12 IN. This is a really nice indoor/outdoor lantern option if you are looking for one, and it goes fantastic if you pair it with the larger one as well. The color of the gold and the material is really nice and high quality, and will add a touch of understated class to your space.
The glass itself is less "speckled" or textured than it looks like in the product photos, but is still nice. I would recommend using a contained candle because as it melts down it will be a real pain to clean out.

I'm quite impressed with this "Hampton Bay" large glass and metal jar designed for decorative purposes. It's perfect for candle burning in areas where the wind can be a factor...by shielding one's candle and enjoying the light. I've placed mine out in the all-purpose sunroom attached to the house which allows for wind to come through [up to 75% ventilation with the windows opened.] This new "candle jar" is lovely to look at and very functional in allowing the candle to burn safely. And the jar itself is large enough to hold a "good-size" candle. I've placed a "scented" candle in mine and am enjoying thus! Thank you to the "Hampton Bay" company for this lovely decorative and funtional item!
