Are the top drawers functional in the sink bays

They are there to match the look of other base cabinets in your kitchen, but they don't open because the sink and plumbing are in the way. You can choose to put tilt-out trays behind those fake fronts to hold sponges, scrub brushes, and soap. Retrofit kits are easy to find and add. There are two doors on the cabinet itself that open to show the space under the sink where things can be stored.

The 30 in bath base specs say doors are MDF. The 36 in says the doors are HDPE. Please clarify what materials are used.
