Unhappy does not even scratch the surface

"Slip covers ship separately" and now they are not locatable. Spent HOURS putting together only to realize that we didn't get the slip covers that the local store assured us were IN THE ONE BOX. One month later and still no slip covers, furniture is unusable, no one knows where the covers are, how to track them, or when I can expect them. I have an outdoor furniture set that I cannot use. Have been on the phone for HOURS trying to resolve and am no closer to knowing anything, having a complete set, or even getting an answer.

Still Waiting

I’m disappointed that I’ve had the set in my possession for over three weeks and I can’t use any of it. The set was missing the two rear legs for the loveseat and the cushion covers never arrived. The cushion inserts seem comfy. Wish I could leave them on the chairs and use them. I’ve spoken with Home Depot twice and emailed twice. So far, I don’t trust that anything is being done to resolve these issues.

I like the set. However, I highly recommend that you get it assembled at the store. I am still having issues with it. The pictures that come with the instructions are a bit vague. Definitely a two person job and I had to assemble by myself.
