    Hi Marsha.. I had to contact the manufacturer for screws .. I had one broken. They sent me the packet wit all the hardware. They were really nice about it. Their web site is HamptonBay.com and the phone number is 1-855-HD-Hampton. I kept the manual that came with the chairs so I had access to the info I needed. I . Good Luck. Be Blessed and stay safe I would suggest you e mail a picture of the part you are trying to find to them

    Our four (4) chairs arrived a couple weeks after we ordered, which is fast given we live on Maui, Hawaii and products take longer to arrive here. My husband put our chairs together with no issues and quite fast and we placed them by our pool area, specifically they’ll be used around our fire pit. The chairs are quite comfortable, swivel and rock nicely and make no noise when moving around. We’re both tall and whether you’re big or small you feel like you’re being hugged in a comfy chair. We love that they swivel as we can turn around (360 degrees) to mingle with anyone and look at them. We’ve had this set since the beginning of summer and love the set. This set meets our needs quite well.

    Not easy to assemble
    One of the holes and bolt would NOT line up on the footstool. The bracket kept stripping the threads ... we even replaced the bolt.same thing.Such a lot of unnecessary fiddling! Finally had to leave it and accept that one corner was barely attached! And the back rest Is a little too slanted back so when you sit in the chair you lean way back. Great for lounging which is what I wanted And when I want to sit up a bit to read, I prop another cushion behind me. The whole ensemble looks fabulous! Can’t beat the price.

    Everybody loves the Beacon Park gray wicker chairs. The deep lounge chairs with seat and back cushions feel super comfy and the look is big and luxurious. If you need smaller dimensions, check out the Cambridge series. I could easily sleep in these with an ottoman. The color is taupe like driftwood. The chairs are incredibly sturdy with coated steel frames hidden inside the attractive resin wicker. I expect they will last a very long time on my screened-in, covered patio. They are probably less than half the average price of similar style chairs that come in one piece and do not require assembly. Assembly was easy for me with the first chair taking about 20 minutes and the second chair about 10 minutes after I knew what I was doing. As with any similar project, do not fully tighten the bolts until all of the bolts are in place. Each piece came with an extra bolt of each size.

    These lounge chairs seem to be well made and comfortable. Bought two of the chairs to go with the sofa from the Hampton Bay Beacon Park collection. They look great in our renovated corn crib from a farmers pasture. Both the sofa and chairs seem to sit a little higher making it easier to get up from.
