Hi Marsha.. I had to contact the manufacturer for screws .. I had one broken. They sent me the packet wit all the hardware. They were really nice about it. Their web site is HamptonBay.com and the phone number is 1-855-HD-Hampton. I kept the manual that came with the chairs so I had access to the info I needed. I . Good Luck. Be Blessed and stay safe I would suggest you e mail a picture of the part you are trying to find to them
