I was looking for a sectional with a chaise lounge that isn't too big or too small and decided on this. I've had it for about 3 weeks now. I love this outdoor set, especially the plush pillows which make it very comfortable. It's nice and compact for smaller spaces, but feels large at the same time. It's light and can be moved easily, but it still feels durable. The quality and craftsmanship is great for the most part. I also like that their are so many colored fabrics to choose from. I went with the "steel blue" and the actual color matched the pictures well.
I knocked off 1 star for a few reasons: 1) the fabric is not super soft, but it's not too bad, 2) it was challenging to put together (difficult to get screws to line up), but if I could do it alone, anyone can, 3) the fabric is not dog-friendly (hair clings to it and scratches from dog's claws). So the dog is not allowed on the couch anymore! Also, this chaise lounge might be a little small/short for very tall people, but it's fine for my family. Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase!

great patio set
I got this set for my patio that is soon to be screened it. The items arrived about two weeks before the projected delivery date and were very well packaged. Everything was in a large box and the covers were in a seperate small box (delivered together). I was able to assemble it on my own in a little over an hour. The instructions were straigt foward and I didnt have any issues. It feels very solid and I think it woll hold up for a long time. I like that the covers a removable, which should make for easy cleaning. It’s not huge, but will be perfect for my small-ish patio. I’m 5’6” and can comfortably lay on the chaise or across the couch. Overall, very happy with this set.

Ready!
Infortunately, the wicker color is dk gray and my original pieces are dk brown. It is nice though and looks fine with the other Hampton Bay chairs that I have had for a couple years. I was very pleased with the delivery and happy that the color of the upholstery matched! It is awkward to assemble and best done with 2 people.

Manufactured incorrectly - won't line up
do not buy this. The set has a manufacturing flaw. The chaise seat is too small for the unit. It's not wide enough for the back of the seat and does not line up with the armrests side. You cannot put it together. Returning it has proven difficult so I'm out $900 and not happy. I also purchased an ottoman and two armchairs to go with the set, so now the other pieces are of no use to me. All in all it's not been a good experience. I like HD and Hampton Bay, but this does not work.

The color is much more gray than brown.
The cushions have held up very well after a month of being in the sun and rain.

NOT brown!
While the description says "brown" this set is much more gray than brown. However, the cushion covers have held up well after a month of sun and lots of rain. In addition, the entire set is very sturdy. The assembly instructions are confusing, and you do need two sets of hands.

Excellent deal when on sale. Typical Chinese-made patio furniture. Pretty good quality. Some alignment issues when assembling that were solved with a little muscle and strategic bolting up. Color is not solid brown but a gray-brown mix. We read other reviews and expected this and really like the color. We would purchase again at sale price. Add on pieces can be expensive.
