I recently purchased this item and the tool kit to assemble it is not in the box..how do I acquire the parts to put it together
The opening falls on the ground all the time - it will only roll from closed to open if the hinges are perfectly aligned - am I doing something w?

No. That's false. I've had at least 20lbs. of wood in it. I bought mine a month ago and I love it. You can build the biggest campfire you could ever want. Bigger than that your talking bonfire not campfire.
