Fire hazard
You like a chance of burning down your house or making s’mores over a burnt chair this is for you,. Serious note this chair is a fire hazard and management would do nothing to help us out.

Fire Hazard
We purchased this bench as well as a swivel chair and rocking chair. The first 2 years they were good however this year they formed burn streaks and a hole that melted on the top cushion. This happed in the spring time (moderate temp). These cushions could have set our house on FIRE!! I spoke with customer service and they only offered to make me pay for more slip covers with no concern for the fire hazard. Please keep your homes safe and steer clear from Hampton bay products.

Attractive chairs
This chair is attractive and comfortable. The standard cushions are kind of a scratchy material compared to the higher quality Sunbrella brand. We are using ours in a sunroom so a softer cushion is needed, but if yours is sitting outside in the weather the basic cushions are ok. The bottom seat of the chair is not supported by anything other than the wicker straps and sank down and rubbed within a week. We quickly bought a thin plywood piece from Home Depot that fits perfectly on the seat and provides the needed support so you don’t stretch out the woven bottom straps. The chair swivels and is a glider motion. We like them a lot with our own upgraded softer cushions and a quick fix to the weak seat base.

LOVE this chair!
We got this chair very fast. It took my husband about an hour or so to put it together. It's very sturdy, and appears to be well made. I absolutely love the fact that you can get replace covers for the cushions. It is pretty large, but that's fine. I was going to order another if we liked it, but I think one fits nicely in our screened porch. I hope that it holds up against sun and weather. Even tho our porch is screened, it still gets it's share of sun and wind and rain.

Cambridge swivel rocking chair
We purchased these 4 of these chairs in 2019. We loved them, however, two of them broke at the end of last years season. My husband took them apart today to see what the problem was - the frames were completely rusted out and bent. I contacted Hampton Bay/Home Depot because it says online that the frame warranty is three years. However, they told me that because they were purchased in 2029, the warranty was only 2 years. I would never have purchased them if I knew they would not last three years!
