Rusted within a month of purchase
These chairs are beautiful and comfortable but already starting to rust!!! It is extremely disappointing to see rust on chairs that I just purchased!!

Poor packaging
2x the item came damaged by the shipping.
They sent a replacement and the wicker once again came already snapped.

Comfortable, sturdy and look nice
This chair comes only partly assembled, but completing the assembly is pretty easy. There are only six screws to be installed to hold the seat and back to the frame. The chairs come with the appropriate allen wrench to complete the assembly, so no additional tools are needed. There is even one extra screw supplied, just in case you lose one, I guess. The seat bottom cushion has cords to tie to the frame to keep the cushion from sliding forward. These chairs are somewhat heavier than I would have guessed from their appearance, The frame appears to be made of solid steel, which would explain why they feel heavy. They certainly feel sturdy, but with a little spring to that feeling. The wicker weave of the back is made of a modern plastic-like material, which will last longer in outdoor use than traditional, natural rattan, bamboo, or willow. The weave appears to be very sturdy and looks very nice. The bottom is not a wicker type weave, but is a heavy fabric of some kind. find these chairs to be very comfortable, and I think they look nice to boot.

Fine Looking and Comfortable!
These Lounge Chairs are made in China.
They have a 3 Year Limited Warranty.
They were very easy to assemble; just six screws per chair.
A ball head allen wrench is included to install and tighten the screws.
This all the difference in the world.
The lounge chairs are very well constructed, aesthetically pleasing and quite comfortable.
Another nice feature is the cushions covers are zippered and can be removed and hand washed only.
I highly recommend these chairs.

A Comfort Seat for Outdoor Relaxation Enjoyment
A Nice Wood grain finishing to dress up the seat to comply your surrounding. Steel frame is strong and tough. Workmanship is fine. Underneath of the seat frame and support main frame, there found 4 holes is drilled at each corner. I believe this is to keep away the rain fall water won't storage inside the frame to prevent cause rust. Which is god idea to well care the maintenance to prolong its service life. Size is big enough for bigger person to sit on it. Seat Cushion is real thick for comfort, either sit or back support is well care of your comfort. I can feel asleep easily but you need some foot support. I suggested an additional back waist cushion to support the waist will be much perfect. For installation, due to the metal frame is quite tough. There you may need a little skill when install the screw. What I did, I screw the screw half way to keep some room for adjustment. Otherwise, Once you tighten one location or one side screw, then you may face hardly to set other screw. Other than, these seat is so enjoyable and bring your outdoor more fun.

So Comfortable !
These Hampton Bay Hampshire Place Outdoor Lounge Chairs are so incredibly comfortable! The steel frame has a brown wood-like finish and the back is a wicker-looking material. The chair frame is very sturdy, strong and well built. The frame has enough "give" in it so that, when seated, you are leaned back slightly. It's much more comfortable than sitting straight up.
The chair is large and the seat is very roomy. The seat cushion is 23" wide and 4.25" thick and is neatly finished with box edges!  It also has ties that attach to the back frame to hold it in place. The back cushion is very thick as well and so comfortable to lean back into. The polyester material cushion covers are a Stone Gray color and removable so that they can be spot cleaned if necessary. The seat and back cushions are treated with CushionGuard to keep them fade, spill and stain resistant.
These Hampton Bay Lounge Chairs are not only very well made and very sturdy (250 lb capacity), they look classy and high-end. They are every bit as high-end and comfortable as they look!
They arrived packed in one box, every part padded and protected from damage and with well-written, understandable instructions. Installation was simple and very quick with only 8 bolts to be screwed in. My husband and I had both chairs fully assembled in a half hour.
We have them in the house right now waiting for the weather to clear up. We look so forward to sitting in them on our front patio !

Comfortable and Stylish Relaxation
These are very comfortable and handsome deck chairs. The metal is a bit springy, so the chairs have a slight back and forth motion which is really nice. We can sit in these for hours. Assembly really does take only a few minutes as the online instructions suggest and 1 person can easily do it alone. Each chair only requires 6 bolts and they attached quickly and easily. All the holes lined up with minimal "persuasion" needed to align the bolt when starting them. The units come with a hex wrench with a nice rounded head to make its use easier. We opted to use a socket wrench to make it even faster. The paint finish is good on top, but there was some unevenness on the underside where it isn't seen. Online instructions are available via QR code. The seat cushions are made of polyester fiber batting and polyurethane foam. The seat backs are polyester fibers. The cushions feel durable, but soft.
The chairs are pretty heavy, which is good on our windy area. The bottom cushions have tie-downs which also helps in the wind. Rubber feet are also pre-attached which should keep them from moving in the wind or when rocking.
We're really pleased with these and definitely recommend them.

Great Looking and Very Comfortable
These Hampshire Place Cushioned Steel Wicker Outdoor Lounge Chair are by far the easiest outdoor chairs that I’ve put together. This is primarily because the chair back and seat are pre-attached. Each chair only requires 6 small bolts. No nuts are needed. One person can put these chairs together. If you are alone, I found it easier if you lay the chair on its side to assemble.
I really like the way the chairs looked. The wicker is plastic which I imagine will last much longer than real wicker. I like that the wicker covers both the front and the back of the back rest. This gives it a high-end look.
I did run into a quality control issue on the 2nd chair. I ended up having to use several of my own washers to get legs attached. See my picture. Because of this, I cannot give these chairs a 5.

great outdoor furniture
these chairs are really great. They are very pretty and very very well made. Hight quality materials have been used to make them and the parts all fit together well while putting them together. The color of the chairs and seats are really pretty and attractive in your backyard or screened porch or deck.I am very excited to use these beautiful chairs for years to come in my back yard.

Nice sized, Sturdy and Comfortable
This is an extremely nice and sturdy set of outdoor chairs. The easiest set I have ever assembled. The box weighs almost 100 lbs. so each chair is around 40 lbs. A nice engineered design makes them easy to manipulate during assembly. The seat foundation is a sturdy, yet forgiving mess product that could be easily replaced if ripped. The cushions are foam filled, not too firm, and comfortable. The frame is what appears to be a strong aluminum product that has a durable plastic laminated wood-looking covering. I like it. The wicker is heavy duty. These will last forever if properly maintained.
