Hello - We do not recommend installing this cabinet above or off the ground. To be sure that you get the best fit for your project, please reach out to your local Home Depot and their Kitchen Cabinetry department. We wish you nothing but success in creating your vision, and we appreciate you considering Hampton Bay to be a part of it. Have a great day!
They sure are! Both sides of this pantry cabinet will have a laminated Medium Oak finish. The back will not be finished, though. We hope this helps, and we thank you for considering Hampton Bay cabinetry.
Hello - Yes, we do highly recommend mounted or securing this Medium Oak pantry cabinet to a wall. This will help to provide stability and durability within a project space. We appreciate your consideration of Hampton Bay, and we hope you have a great day!
I have answered this question a few times before. I have 2 pantry cabinets with only the standard shelving. My first answer would be to ask the experts in the cabinet department of HD if they can order extra shelving. I believe HD owns the cabinet company so it might be easy. The alternative would be to purchase a finished piece of wood and cut it to size yourself. When I had my 2 cabinets installed, I wondered if I'd need extra shelves but as it turned out I did not. Once the removable shelf in both the top and bottom section is installed, everything worked out fine. My opinion is that adding an extra shelf anywhere in the cabinet would make it way too crowded.
I wouldn’t since they’re not waterproof.
You sure can, Victor! Please contact our Hampton Bay Customer Care Team at (888) 578-4009 or firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to purchase additional shelving. We appreciate you choosing Hampton Bay, and please have a great day!
Hi Debbie - It may be possible to re-stain this Medium Oak pantry, even though we do not recommend doing so as it will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty. The sides and center panel on the doors will be a wood veneer, as well. To be sure that you get the best stain and proper re-finishing tools, please reach out to your local Home Depot. We wish you nothing but success, and we thank you for considering Hampton Bay.
Great question and observation, Larry! Yes, there is an end panel if this cabinet is at the end of your project, and you can view that by searching for model number KASKP84-UF here on HomeDepot.com. We wish you nothing but the best as you move forward with your planning, and we thank you for considering Hampton Bay.
Hello - The top door is 29-3/8" tall, and the bottom is 49-3/16". Both doors will be 17-1/2" wide. Thank you for your question, and please enjoy planning your project with Hampton Bay!
Honestly I don't remember about inside no longer live there. Sides look like front. You can stop in store to see. just like other cabinets like this style.
