For the Price, Not a Good Purchase
This item looks great and is comfortable for sitting. After 2 years, 3 of the slats on the table have lost their finish and the warranty is expired. The chairs are rusting and this set won't last much longer. This set is in the elements only from about May to October. The rest of the year, it sits in a shed with protection over both the tables and chairs. This denigration of the product is NOT due to lack of care by the owner. Extremely disappointed in this brand and in the warranty.

Nice set but….think twice
Bought this set in 2019. We live in Chicago and covered the set with a heavy cover in the winter. After 2 winters the wicker on the chairs are disintegrating and the set is unusable. Nice looking set but it can’t handle a cover on it as moisture must be why it fell apart so fast. It looks to be a natural wicker instead of a plastic wicker. $700 and only 2 years of use…pretty pathetic.

Chair seats are crumbling
I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase. We actually brought the table and chairs inside for the winter to protect them; however, the bottoms of the chairs are now seriously breaking, with pieces cracking off, creating actual holes! We loved the set initially, but so disappointed. We can't even use the chairs any more.

Do NOT purchase this product.
We purchased this product on May 27, 2019. Stored with covers in the winter. We noticed this spring that the chairs are completely falling apart. The wicker is crumbling away. This is happening after the table completely faded after 1 year. We repaired that with a can of spray paint, but an outdoor table should not peel and fade after one year.
I've purchased Hampton Bay fans and other products in the past for my home. I will now completely avoid this brand.
I would recommend purchasing any other brand over Hampton Bay.

Not holding up well for $895.
Bought this as in 2019 and it looks like it’s 10 years old. The table is completely faded and the chairs are coming apart. What a waste of money.

DO NOT BUY. Looks nice, that's all
We bought this set for our patio a little over one year ago. The chairs are simply disintegrating. Small pieces of the material started to come off and now there are whole parts of the chairs that are gone.
It is supposed to have a 2 year warranty.
We are waiting until all the backs and seats are completely gone and then take the frames to the store, they will be easier to transport; and then we will see what happens with that warranty.

Nice set for the price
Ordered this set for my deck and I am very pleased with it. It's attractive and a good size for my 12x20 deck. The deck is covered so hopefully it will hold up to the weather. The only negative I've found is that I will have to get something to level the feet on two of the chairs as they rock a little. The table was easy to put together. The chairs were a bit more difficult but this senior woman accomplished it alone in a couple of hours.
