Laguna Point 4-Piece Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Deep Seating Set with CushionGuard Chili Red Cushions

This is a very nice set of furniture that is well made and looks great. It arrived in 1 large box and 2 small boxes containing the slip covers. The resin wicker comes in brown or tan and the slip covers have many color choices. The assembly was pretty straightforward with 2 people and maybe took an hour. The wicker parts could have been labeled to indicate top or bottom and left or right. The coffee table needs some corner bracing in order to get it squared up. The table also comes with a glass top which may be a concern for families with small kiddos. The foam cushions are very comfortable and the covers can be removed for cleaning. It would be nice if there were some sort of cup holder in the arms.

Easy to put together , just as pictured. Seats are firm but that’s ok. It looks great on screen porch . Table is great size and glass top is nice that raises and will hold many things . Backs are nit low like some I’ve sat on . We are tall people and it sits comfy . I thought the midnight blue would be darker though .

I received the patio set a day ago it was packaged very nicely. The packaging said it weighed 266 pounds and they dropped if off in the driveway where I had asked them to. I started to unpack it and bringing the a around to our deck and looked at the packing list provided by the delivery company it said everything was include but could not find the pillow slipcovers, but they showed up in a separate package two days later so all was good. Assembly takes a bit of thought I would say a three on a scale of one to five and it would be helpful to have a second set of hands, one hint they pack all end pieces, three right in a package and three lefts in the other. The directions are well thought out and illustrations drawn out thoroughly. It took me about 2 hours to put the whole set together. It is a great looking set. I would recommend this set make a great addition.

One month from purchasing this product, the resin under the glass on coffee table melted and I had to have it replaced. One year later, 2nd season, I noticed the resin on arms, seats, coffee table all are ripping, some are melting, peeling, and fading. I contacted HD in October because it has a two year warranty. I had this shipped because I don't have a truck. HD wanted me to return it to the store in order to send me another one and wouldn't offer to pick it up. Then they said the manufacturer would replace the damaged pieces. So I sent them the part numbers and then they said no they couldn't do that because it was strictly cosmetic. This is structural and should last for more than one season outside. Then they said they would give me a partial refund. It is now January I haven't received the refund and this still hasn't been resolved. Their customer service is terrible and the manufacturer warranty, well they don't honor it. Beware of purchasing this product.

The Hampton Bay Laguna 4 piece seating set was easy to assemble and looks great. All the pieces went together quickly and smoothly including the coffee table. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and the set looks wonderful and put together. The only problem I had was with the table. I look forward to having a set of furniture on my patio for many years to come. The slip cases for the cushions make it easy to change color schemes as needed. This means that I will be able change colors as necessary.

Wow! It looks just as good as in the pictures! The tan wicker is really nice—it’s plastic wicker over a steel frame, so it’s super-strong but looks light and airy; this set isn’t blowing away in the wind. Nice rubber feet, too, in case you end up using it inside the home. Cushions are nice, the covers are removable. The kids love this set—they feel cozy in it. Assembly is easy and all the hardware is labeled. Assembly will go much faster with an impact driver or a drill with a T-25 bit. Our assembly took quite a while because I had helpers (they’re 5 and 7). It took us about 3 hours with all that help. The coffee table opens easily with a strut for a big storage area. The 5 mm tempered glass top has a 50-pound rating, so more than enough to kick our feet up and have our beverages at hand. We added the square end table, too, that opens like the coffee table. Perfect!

It has enough seating for our family and guests. With two chairs, a three cushion sofa and a storage table, it is just what we need for entertaining. It comes unassembled in one large box. The cushions have removable covers and the bright red will be easier to keep clean. The directions are easy to follow. We will be putting this together in the spring. Since we received this in Dec./Jan. and we have no place to store the pieces once assembled, they are better left in the box to protect them from the elements. We love all our Hampton Bay products and can't wait to use the set.

This patio furniture set is excellent quality and easily customized. I picked up this patio set to use on our screened porch in the spring. The chili color 8s exactly what we were looking for and I love that you can order the set in almost any color. The cushions are the same size on all pieces so the set comes complete in a single box with the fabric covers in a separate box. This means you will receive the entire set all together instead of different tracking numbers for each piece. The build quality seems excellent and assembly was easy with one person. I'm pretty handy so I was able to assemble all of the furniture pieces in about 45 minutes. The only part where an extra set of hands are needed is installing the lid for the coffee table. The lid is heavy and the struts may need a little help getting aligned. Overall, this is a really nice set and ordering it all at once means saving time and stress trying to piece a set together and hoping they match. I know I'm going to be spend several hours lounging on this Couch! The only bad side is now I realize how badly I need to refinish my patio!

It amazed me how all this furniture came in one big box. It took quite a while to assemble, not because it was difficult, but because we had to do it in 22 degree weather outdoors. No problems putting everything together, instructions were easy to understand and follow. Panels were surprisingly light weight and even the couch only took one person to assemble it. The hinge on the coffee table was a little tricky, its very heavy and well made. There is a gap around the bottom of the coffee table inside so bugs or mice will be able to get in. Don't put anything heavy in it I don't think it was meant to store heavy items. There also is a 50 lb. weigh limit on the table so DON'T sit on it. Glass is tempered and 5mm thick. This set is really AWESOME and worth every penny. I was so happy with how nice it looks. I never seen any faux wicker set put together so well. This will last for years. The weave is thick, strong and very sturdy. Looks very nice too. I took a close up so you can see how its woven, and the bottom of how the seating is constructed being reinforced in the front. Will be easy to hose off to clean too. No worries about rot or fraying like traditional wicker. Cushions are about 8 inches thick and very dense, so they are extra firm. Three cushions are used on the couch instead of one big one like some have, which is nice too. I doubt they will get crushed from sitting on them a while. I will also scotch guard them before putting them out in the weather on my covered porch. Some reviews reported they were not waterproof. I will not take the chance of finding out.

So this Hampton Bay 4 piece wicker set is really nice and comfy, I would have given it a rating of 5 stars but the instruction to assemble were very difficult to follow, it represented pieces with letters on them, yet there were none, You will figure it out but it took an extra 30 min to get it figured out, after I was done with assembly it was worth it, the set is beautiful and it fits in our side yard just perfect. The understructure of the furniture is steel and it looks like it was powder coated to protect from the elements. The wicker is tight and looks of good quality and the color is beautiful. The chest that it comes with has a glass top and opens for storage, really nicely done. All hardware looks like stainless steel so no rusting which is nice. I complained about the instruction but as I said, it really came out nicely and it is worth the time and energy after I was done. You really can't go wrong with this set, took me about 2.5 hours to assemble. You will need to stuff the cushion into the covers as well, I got really good at that after the first set.
