AnswerSorry but I can't answer the first part of your question and I am not sure if your question is about the entire 4 pc set or the middle chair. As far as availability, you need to order online and get it delivered. If it shows as available I suggest you buy it ASAP. These things go "out of stock" all the time. I am still waiting for a replacement part for the table of this collection since MAY that has been promised to me and still isn't available. I need to add that when I did receive this middle seat, it did not have water resistant cushions like the rest of the sectional. The water resistant wrapper was missing. I called Home Depot and they connected with Grand Basket, the supplier, and eventually I got replacement cushions. Without the wrapper the cushions just soak up the rain and stay wet for days. So check it when it comes.

Comfortable, easy to put together. Denim color looks great! This fits perfectly in to extend the "Laguna Point 5-Piece Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Sectional Sofa Set" to just make it seat an extra person. Really debating about getting one more to make the sectional a bit larger. Glad I went this route vs overspending at a furniture store.

The middle sectional chair was easy to put together and looked great. Unfortunately, the back was very low. It stopped just below my shoulder blades. I am 5'10". Also, the cushion that was supposed to support your back was very flimsy. I returned it.

I ordered two chairs. I did not realize that I would have to put the chairs together. Some of the wicker could have been in better condition but I was not about to return these unless there was something seriously wrong. It might help if you inspect the wicker before going through the effort of putting the chair together. The cushions were creased from being packed against the wicker and after having them unpacked for about two weeks some of the creases remain. All of the parts were included as was a tool to tighten everything. Some of the parts needed to join the chair pieces had rubber tips on them. It took me a while to figure out that the rubber tips needed to be removed ... they were not mentioned in the directions. The chairs are comfortable and they look good.
