Product Overview
This pack has 12 Hampton Bay Low Voltage Path Lights (10-Watt equivalent each) and 4 Hampton Bay Low Voltage Flood Lights (20-Watt equivalent each). Lights are similar to that of a typical halogen landscape flood light but consume over 80% less energy and they have a rated life of 50,000 hours. The LED system provides maintenance free operation and there are no bulbs to change. With cast aluminum construction, long life powder coat finish and weatherproof electronics, you can count on it to last a long time. The quick-install wire connector means easy do-it-yourself installation that is quick and safe.

AnswersThese lights are quite bright, much more than my non led ones I had previously, 6-8 ft should give you continuous coverage. Try putting two in at that spacing and wait til dark. If that doesn’t look right you can move them to the right distance. As long as you haven’t buried the power cord you can disconnect that second light and move it where you want it. When I do this I use some liquid tape and apply to the power cord where I had penetrated it, to maintain it against moisture. When I am satisfied with placement I apply the liquid tape to all connections. This is my second set of lights on same cord and They all work perfectly.

These are really nice lights. They light up my walkway exactly the way I wanted it. I feel confident that they will hold up to the weather and last a long time. Installation was a breeze.
I placed them 5' apart and 13" above the concrete. The length of the walkway is 45'.
I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Just finished installing this light set in the back yard and we're thrilled with the way they look. These look as good as the much more expensive landscape lights that were professionally installed in front. We installed these around the pool and backyard landscaping and it brings the overall look to a whole new level. Wish I would have done this a few years ago. This set of 8 lights was about the same cost as one cast bronze pathway light in our other set. LED color temperature is just right - just enough of a warm glow. We had to play around with the spacing. At 10' apart the pathway lights were too bright for our space. We found that 15' between pathway lights was perfect and not too bright. Definitely use 15' distance as a starting point for laying out pathway lights in a larger landscaped area. The flood lights do a pretty good job with uplighting two very large oak trees. You can't beat this light set for the price. We'll be buying a second set soon to expand the lighting in the back yard.

Decent Landscaping Lights

We bought 3 sets of this landscape lights to install in our backyard. They are easy to install, decent quality for the price and provides bright light. We added a dimmer switch to control the brightness of the light, in the pictures it's set on the lowest setting. The only negative is that these are sold in packs of 6 pathways lights & 2 floodlights which we don't necessarily want.

Good quality for the money. I've been using one of these kits for a few years, and recently added another after moving recently. The finish has faded some from the sun, but otherwise has held up well and they are just as bright as the day I bought them. The flood lights are adjustable and have rubber gaskets to keep water out if you're using them for up lighting. Highly recommend.

The lighting product was well packaged and in good condition when opened. Definitely like the look and finish of the product as it was planned to go around a new stone walkway at our front entry (see photo). I have installed several sets of low-voltage lighting and I really appreciate the advancements in the electronic controllers and the move from incandescent to LED. The lights looked great once installed and added a nice ambiance to the drive-up appeal of the front entry. My only criticism of the product are the connectors. I broke two connectors (eight lights installed) during installation, and had to make field repairs to the damaged connectors. A higher grade plastic connector would likely solve this issue and take it to 5 Stars, so take care when connecting the lights to your low-voltage cabling. Purchasing the bundled lighting package over buying individual lights saved around $60 which was an easy decision as we had plans for all eight lights in the package.
