Enjoy powerful, automatic illumination in an energy-efficient design with the Hampton Bay Lumsden LED Wall Mount Lantern. This motion-sensing outdoor wall sconce produces 324 lumens from only 8 watts of electrical power and features an adjustable infrared motion sensor (both activation distance and on-time can be changed), which automatically turns the light on when motion is detected. Designed for mounting to a standard electrical box, the sconce also includes a photocell with manual override to ensure the light stays off during daylight hours.

Purchased & installed in 2016. Died in 2022. $160 ÷ 6 years ~ $26/ year + operating expense.
Not a good value for me.
Certainly not designed for repair. Aluminum construction with aluminum screws that seize and strip when attempting to troubleshoot non-functioning unit.

Great light, finish is black not bronze.
Very nice lights. Give off plenty of light, motion detector works great, and they look very nice. Bought a set for the garage. They are quite large so double check the dimensions, but worked nicely for us. We wanted lights with a black finish, description says these are bronze, however based on picture and a reviewer's comment about them being black we went with these. As a previous reviewer stated these are black not bronze, which was perfect. They really should change the description.

I purchased my LED Motion sensor wall lanterns and mounted in place off the non-motion sensor on front of the house.
It looked great and accents the house. The lights function properly and I was very impressed with the quality and brightness at night.
We purchased several LED lights and decided to save money on bulbs.
I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants there home to look great and save money on bulbs and electric.
Worthwhile to go LED...

These lights are a great finishing touch to my house. They give off enough light to provide security without disturbing the neighbors. The LEDs are efficient and we seem to be paying less for electricity with 3 more lights than we used to have. The Dusk-to-Dawn feature is perfect. We leave them on all day and they take care of themselves. The only drawback to the light is that the base is very large. It was difficult to find a mounting block large enough to make it look right.

I have had 4 different sets of front porch lights on my 7 year old house....and they either didn't perform correctly or I just didn't like them. I finally found these that I love!! LED lighting is awesome and they come on with the slightest movement outside...which I want. Very happy with these.

Great motion sensor light for the price
I was in search for a Black motion sensor LED light and am happy with the Lumsden light. The fixture is large and has a good looking design. The controls for the light are at the bottom of the fixture and easy to configure. Just ensure that the light switch remains on for it to work properly. The range is very long. I had to place my motion detection to low to prevent passing cars to turn the light on. The 2 min timer is a little fast so I just stick with the 4 min timer. The user has the option for the light to turn on from dusk to dawn or only when motion is detected. I recommend this light.
