A: Any standard base bulb
A: Yes, LED work perfectly fine in these instruments. We have installed quite a few and all are LED ... work just fine with a dimmer as well!
A: I use led in mine
A: Hello, You can use LED, CFL, and incandescent. THX
A: Yes, LED bulbs can be used in this fixture.
A: Yes, LED bulbs will work just fine in this fixture.
A: Yes LED light bulbs works perfectly in this fixture. Two 9 watt bulbs putting out 60 watts worth of light is plenty of output. Perfect for a room less than 200 sq ft.
A: Hello, You must use at least 1 of the 4 down rods that come with the fixture. THX
A: I believe the rod and light shade are one piece. The rid itself is shorter than the photo suggests.
A: The downrod provides the space for the globe from the ceiling and is threaded on both ends, so shortening may not be possible. Shortening it might affect the UL certification by bringing the heat source closer to the ceiling surface.
A: Sorry, it must be installed with the extension rod.
A: No, the fixture cannot be installed with out the rod.
A: Will require you to modify the light slightly.
A: 5" x 5" square
A: About 5” each side about 1.5” height
A: Looks about 5”
A: It has small set screws on two sides of the flush mount piece. These hold the decorative cover onto the ugly structural mount underneath.
A: Hello, The bolts you are referring to are the 2 Allen wrench screws that hold the fixture to the mounting plate that is connected to the junction box on the ceiling. Once the bolts are tightened all the way you will not see them protrude from the side of the fixture. Thanks
