This is a nice looking fixture, I have installed 3 upstairs a year ago. Just picked up one of the flush mount for the hall way today.
The only problem is the big dummies ,that designed the hex screws on the base 1\4 inch from the attaching surface.

Poor mounting system
The Nove series of lights have what I consider to be a fairly major flaw in their mounting system--the use a square box which mounts directly to your ceiling box, then their finish trim mounts to it. The problem with their square box is that it flexes, the end result is that with the heavy glass defusers (which are nice) the lights feel some what wobbily and unstable. If you have kids (or neighbors) upstairs who jump and bounce you might just end up seeing your lights wobbing on the ceiling. The other issue I have with these lights in general is the fact that base that attaches to the ceiling is square..... it's VERY difficult to the square to line up correctly to walls/cabinets/etc... particularly when you're up close to it on a ladder. If you're mounting these near another object you need to be sure it's aligned correctly or it will look bad.
About this pendant specifically, the defuser is short (this is the design) but the result is that you get a harsh amount of light from a standard bulb. I'm planning to go a smaller bulb and lower wattage to see if helps at all.
I have the pendant setup with just one rod, I can't imagine how wobbily it must feel with additional rods--you have the heavy piece of glass acting like a pendulum and exerting a lot of force on the ceiling.
This all said--I like the design very much.

More style variations available
I plan to buy more of these from Home Depot for my kitchen and back hallway. I have exact same fixtures, made by Minka Lavery, the Agilis collection. There are more styles and finishes available, such as sconces, larger chandeliers, and bathroom fixtures, in brushed nickel and dark bronze. I installed both styles of sconces and a chandelier in my dining room and living room. I agree with other reviews posted here that the flush mount fixtures are a bit frustrating to install and get flush, but eventually work OK and look great. See pictures.

I purchased two for my bathroom remodel. The square shape and brushed nickel finish reflect the feature plumbing fixtures. These two are ancillary lights at opposite ends of the bathroom; still looking for the perfect center ceiling fixture.
