The dimensions as listed are correct for the actual physical size of the cabinet. However, that is NOT the dimension of how much space it takes up in a design. The unit is designed to be 'pulled' from the wall several inches, so that the face frames are flush with the adjacent cabinets. This is standard for corner cabinets, to allow for out-of-square walls. The amount of wall space this unit takes up is approximately 33" from the wall corner to the edge of where the cabinet will be placed.
