QA issue with fixture.
the light looks great. i purchased the light and the right fixture is tilted slightly to the side, but noticable. i returned to the store and had to goto a different home depot an hour away which had the light in stock. once home the new light had the same issue. i could losen the nut and straighten the one fixture. the nut has locktight on it or something. i risk damaging the fixture doing that because the material isnt that solid and sturdy. i called customer service and they are not sure they can replace the entire fixture and will call me monday. i dont want to drive another hour both ways to just find out all the fixture are defective. so i am waiting ro see how they deal with this issue.

great product with only one piece of knowledge to share
Light looks amazing in the bathrooms (put up in 3 of 4 bathrooms), puts out great light and looks really sharp!! The only thing one needs to know is that if you drop/break the glass shade, neither Hampton Bay or Home Depot sell just the shade. I got the run around from both places searching for a replacement shade (both saying to talk to the other company) only to find out it wasnt something you can purchase stand alone. Hampton Bat actually recommended going to a glass cutter to make the shade. Just FYI, be very careful with the shades!!

This light fixture arrived promptly for our bathroom remodel. We went from that "farmish" feel to more of a rustic industrial interior. For custom-made approach, this fixture is quite suitable to our new bathroom. Pictures tell the full story...
About the fixture:
1. It's all metal, no plastic. Quality-built product.
2. Can be flipped upwards for light-up schema.
3. Installation was super easy - typical connections and final attachment of top two and two bottom bolts of the frame of the fixture to the "skeleton."
4. Glass is clear.
It's somewhat simple of a fixture. Definitely compliments the simple industrial approach we had to our overall bathroom.
The only part that to warn others is that when the box arrives - unpack it outside, as white little foam stuff will be headache to deal with...
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This vanity light, compared to others I have used, is great quality for the price. The only issue I had was on the glass shades. They are very light and the edges are a bit rough. I do like how the back mounting bracket is very secure. The light is simple to connect and the base of the light has a wonderful finish. The darker color hides dust and spots. The light shades are a bit annoying to clean. Since they are smaller diameter, it is easiest to take them off the base to wash, clean and dry.
