Gliders break and cushions on sectional suck
After only a few months, one of the gliders broke at the base. After multiple contacts asking for the replacement parts to repair the chair, I still have not received the correct parts. It’s been a year now and nothing. I was told that the parts come from their overseas manufacturer so it would take a while. A year and still nothing. Now we have a low-sitting chair instead of a glider. Also, the cushions on the sectional will not stay in place. The back cushions are lame and don’t even fill the entire cover making them look pitiful. I’ve purchased many Hampton Bay products in the past but will think twice about it next time.

Beautiful, comfortable sectional
We looked into getting a cheaper sectional but the reviews made us too nervous. I’m so happy we spent a little more on this set. It is so comfortable, the quality is great, and it is so nice looking. Putting it together wasn’t awful. I did most of it myself (39 F) and my husband helped with the bigger sections that were awkward to hold & screw at the same time. Ottomans are really comfortable to sit on too which was a surprise.

Elegant Sofa Set that was shipped with care
We're loving this Hampton Bay set we got. I assembled it yesterday in a couple hours. The tools and instructions are very simple and can be done by 1 person using the provided alan wrench. The set is shipped in two very large boxes and a couple smaller ones, so make sure you have them deliver it in your garage. The pieces were shipped very carefully, and a lot of thought had been put into how to safely ship these sets.

It had been a long year isolating ourselves at home because of Covid-19, we practically saved up a lot of money by not traveling anywhere and saved up a lot from gas and eating out as well. Thus, we're spending our money saved up from last year to remodel our backyard and one of the big purchase is this patio sofa set to get ready for this summer, can't wait to see our friends and relatives and hanging out like before. Even though our backyard is still undergoing some renovation, like an in the ground pool I decided to put together this sofa set and temporarily set it on our front patio and we really like it. It's a good thing that the sofa came in 3 different boxes and each box contains all the pieces for the its corresponding seat and cushions. Once everything was assembled, these chairs are very sturdy and feel firm to sit on. The cushion are thick and comfy, have very good cushions.

This sectional is awesome great quality, fits in the space perfectly. Cushions and cushions slip covers are very high-quality, The cushions are about 5 inches thick very supportive on the seat part and nice and soft on the back cushion. The delivery was great came about three days early and went together very easy. Great addition to the newly built gazebo and complements my new fire table perfectly, and as you can see my dog loves it too!

The Rock Cliff sectional sofa is a well-made piece of furniture with deep, plush, supportive seat and back cushions. Assembly instructions were fairly straightforward; once you finish the first piece, the others follow the same procedure. All hardware was included and clearly labeled in the package. The seatbacks are quite high, and therefore the cushions are as well. My set has the Sunbrella Antique Beige fabric, which is of high quality. The beige color coordinates well with the soft taupe-ish brown of the sofa's wicker.

Fantastic patio set for around our fire pit. I've had it a month and I'm really happy. Assembly isn't terribly difficult, but does require an extra set of hands. The cushions are comfortable, and as promised, easy to clean. My lovely 100lb dog got his paws in the mud and then jumped on the cushion (even before I sat on it!). The mud and dirt just wipe off - amazing. Even in the Wisconsin cold, I enjoy sitting out by the fire and this patio set makes it easy to cuddle with my husband. :)
The set looks great in my backyard, and easily matches with another wicker set on my deck. The extra ottomans are nice as bonus seats. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice, well-made, easy to care for patio set. The cushion covers are a cinch to clean. I know this because I finished late at night, and scared the poo out of a bird that was snoozing in the patio roof.
The table comes in its own box, and the rest in two HUGE heavy boxes. I had to open them and take the pieces one at a time to the backyard. Lots of cardboard; please recycle.
I was able to assemble it all myself, but I highly recommend another set of hands. There were a couple of times I needed to use both my hands and feet to push/pull for the bolt holes to line up. My best recommendation is put all bolts in VERY loosely until everything is mostly assembled, and then tighten each down a little at a time until to can torque them tight. The instructions were minimal, but it was all pretty straightfoward with all the hardware, plus extra, and a hex wrench.
But honestly the hardest part was getting the cushions into the covers. LOL! Nothing is marked and I thought they were all the same, so I piled all the cushions aside when I assembled the set. Only later I realized the ones for the corner seat were different from the others, and all of the covers came in the same box. I had to figure out which pillows belong to the corner seat, and then which cover fit them.
Again, very nice set that is a great addition to my outdoor space. I opted against the illustrated configuration for now. That may change. I can’t wait until it warms up a little more and I can make full use of it.

Beautiful brown wicker outdoor patio set with beige cushions. Once put together you will have a elegant place to entertain your family and friends. We are very happy with this furniture.
Beware that delivery of this set includes 1 box that weighs 150 pounds, the second large box weighs 98 pounds and a third comes in at 39 pounds. The fourth and last small box contains the cushion slipcovers and is fairly light as you would expect. In our case the delivery took place at 6:00 AM. We were scrambling to get things into the backyard in our PJs.
It took me 3 hours to unbox and assemble. Assembly is accomplished with 2 different size screws and the included allen wrench. Unfortunately sections were not labeled and you had to carefully study the assembly instructions to make sure you had the proper orientation for assembly. There are only about 2 dozen screws for the corner sofa sectional but even though its a small number of screws it did become a hassle when it came to the corner sofa piece. The sections did not align properly and it took quite a bit of brute force to get the pieces to line up so you could install the screws. On the corner piece especially I would suggest leaving the screws slightly loose so you can maneuver the pieces.
In addition be careful that you don't mix up the corner back cushions with the sofa backs. The ones for the corner have an angle to both of them. One is pretty obvious as its oversized. Installing the cushion slipcovers was time consuming as well.
