A: Mine was slow but younhave to adjust the speed manually from the pull string for the fan. So it seems txhnically there are 8 speeds.
A: Thank you for your question. On high speed, the fan should rotate at a rate of 150-154 RPM. If you feel the fan is not operating properly, please call Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON (1-855-434-2678) and one of the team members will be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
A: Thank you for your question. The Bond hub is not necessary with the included remote. It will integrate with Alexa and Google devices via the Bond App. Please note that you will need to add the Bond Home skill to Alexa.

A: Thank you for your question. Once the remote is set up with the Bond app, you can add the bond device to the Google or Alexa apps. A: Thank you for your question. currently, there are no alternate shades designed specifically for this fan. One replacement option may be the glass bowl included with the 54" Connor satin nickel fan (model #51849). The glass bowl from the Connor would be able to fit on the light kit from the Rothley II, but please note that the Connor bowl is a bit shorter than the Rothley bowl so the tops of the bulbs may be exposed when installed. If you would like the glass bowl from the Connor fan, it can be ordered as a replacement item by calling Home Decorators Collection customer service at 1-800-986-3460. Please reference model #51849 when calling.
A: buy a new light kit -- Hampton Bay makes a few and they are pretty much universal. or look on the lighting aisle there are a few one may fit.
