While we do recommend securing the back of this call to a wall, we encourage you to reach out to your local Home Depot. You may be able to view some display and in-stock options, as well as, discuss your project with a team member in the Kitchen Cabinetry Department. All of our Hampton Bay cabinetry is KCMA certified and undergoes a variety of testing. Mounted wall cabinets are gradually loaded to 600 pounds without any visible sign of failure in them or the mounting system. Additionally, all shelves and bottoms are loaded at 15 pounds per square foot. The loading is maintained for seven days to ensure that there is no excessive deflection and no visible sign of joint separation or failure of any part of the cabinets or the mounting system. Thank you for your questions! Yes, the left and right sides of your Shaker Satin White cabinets will be finished. The back, however, will not have that Satin White finish. In regards to the doors and drawers, they cannot be ordered with pre-drilled holes for knobs or pulls. Once you select the decorative hardware of your choosing, you should be able to refer to the installation requirements they offer with said hardware.
