Are the door hinges reversible? Or do the doors only swing one way and which way is it?

AnswerHello - The door on this Dove Gray cabinet will come opening from the right to the left (hinges on the left side of the face frame). And while there are no pilot holes, you can remove the hinges from the frame and then flip the door to the other side. The facing is durable (accidentally ran a palm sander over it momentarily and it came out mostly unscathed -- whoops!), and these are incredibly easy to install and otherwise work with; however, the hinges/slides are of mediocre quality -- the drawer sticks a bit, for example. The doors were also hung misaligned. But you get what you pay for -- these are great for our ADU, and I'd absolutely recommend for a budget renovation.

Not Great
I replaced all the cabinets in my kitchen with these shaker assembled cabinets from Home Depot. A couple of the cabinets were completely missed by quality control... One doesn’t have holes that align with the other side so that the inside shelf can be installed. The texture of the paint is inconsistent. I’m glad I had a coupon and disnt pay full price... I was hoping for a better quality. I’ve purchased other Hampton Bay cabinets with no issue. Whoever built these cabinets needs to slow down and check their work before sending them to the store.

We are renovating an outdated kitchen but couldn’t afford custom cabinetry or top of the line countertops and appliances. Home Depot did not disappoint. We love the look of these shaker cabinets and the laminate countertops.

Good, but quality control lacking in a big way
I installed these in our laundry room and they turned out nice and was a good decision.
In looking at the details of the cabinets (I purchased 2), the quality control was not as good. There were misalignment's in the toe kick plate and the top of the cabinet.
If you do not mind a few items that do not line up, then these are great. In the laundry room, I was able to hide these imperfections.

They came with fronts that paint had runs in the paint. Also they do not have soft-close Hardware. Had to fix half of the cabinets as the front top rail above drawers didn't line up with face of cabnit. I would not recommend.

Bad Lamination
I purchased a full kitchen of this brand five years ago, and within three years the laminate has started to come off at the edges of drawers, and doors. Otherwise they are sturdy. Also puckering near oven.
