Answer This Question

A:  The hose stand is approximately 4 ft. tall.

by|May 18, 2021

A:  About 3 feet after stack to ground.

    by|Nov 26, 2020

A:  It is 31 inches from the top of the star to the brace - 41 inches total if you include the portion of the pole that will go into the ground

    by|Jun 23, 2020

A:  This hose stand is 41-5” tall, 11” deep, and 1/2” wide. It can hold to over 140 ft of garden hose. It has a very nice curb appeal based on my neighbors comments.

A:  This is the 3rd one I’ve bought…not because I had trouble with the other two. I bought a third one because the other two are being used in different locations and I needed another. I feel that the part of the pole that sticks in the ground is too short. Therefore, I wired them to nearby trees.

        by|Aug 15, 2021

A:  Fiour to five inches is the poll depth. Sturdy enough to withhold a two-hundred foot water hose.

Q:Will this hold a 5/8” 100’ heavy RUBBER hose without becoming unstable? Hose weighs about 20 lbs.

            Answer This Question

A:  Although the hose I have is light, I think the stand will hold a 20 pound hose just fine.

            by|Aug 11, 2019

A:  I purchased a Rubber Hose, 50' length that was very light weight. The other advantage of the rubber hose, it does not kinkle up like the plastic hoses do. I would say 100' Rubber Hose would work fine, the heavier plastic might a problem.

              by|Aug 29, 2021

A:  I think it would hold it if you have it deep enough. I submerged the bracket at the bottom and covered it with soil about 2-3 inches deep. I pounded it in with a rubber mallet. It's just a bite to control the coil on that much hose and put it back neatly. I think it needs a semi-circular bracket to wrap the hose around at the bottom.

              by|Sep 26, 2019

A:  I wouldn't try as the weight might just pull it out and over. You need a hose reel fastened to the wall or a free standing hose reel for such a long hose.

                by|Sep 8, 2022

A:  Yes it will, I have a black heavy duty hose on mine. Unless you stumble into it, it will stay upright

A:  Mine current holds fine with 100ft of hose in loose pack clay. As long as you do not lean on it, it should hold in firm dirt.

A:  Yes. I have it stuck in sand and not on a wall.

A:  Yes! I spiked mine into the ground in my front garden area which is soil and mulch. I put my 50 foot medium duty garden hose on it and have not had a problem with it falling or leaning. We have had thunderstorms and it’s still standing.

A:  Holds my 100 foot hose just fine all by itself.

Super easy to use glad didn't have to drill into siding but quality is poor.

It's good, it holds the hose, it's non-intrusive. It works!

This hose stand keeps my hose from laying on the ground while adding a little aesthetic appeal at the same time. You just step it into the ground and wrap up the hose.

One piece sturdy unit, hollow so I was able to mount on a rod, necessary for my soil that would have made a lesser holder collapse with the weight of my 100' hose. Very happy.
