the wicker is dark brown but the pillows have purple tones. the bottoms pillows are a purple/plum solid and the upper pillows are a pattern with browns and purples

Strange. I began to order and was informed the item was no longer available on-line. Called HD and the CSR thought the unavailability notice was a glitch. I decided to continue the order as he stayed on the line. I was allowed to purchase, got the order received email and just 20 minutes ago received the order confirmation. My patio set was very very well packed. It came with clear and easy to understand instructions, hardware and an assembly tool too! It was easy to assemble and it really looks great. I get a lot of compliments. I did not need to use the 800 number for parts replacement - but - man is an imperfect being - you just never know. My experience was good.
Yes. The only thing you have to put together are the legs to the table. The chairs come put together.
