Wakefield 15 in. 2-Light Brushed Nickel Modern Vanity Light with Clear Glass Shades

This vanity light comes in a chrome finish and comes ready to install right out of the box. With clear glass shades you van use vintage style bulbs for added design and having the clear shades really help for maximum lumens output. Using 4 bulbs with 60 watt maximum wattage, this light really helps to light up your bathroom. Overall very simple design but looks great!!

This is a very pretty chrome fixture. Installation requires a Phillips screwdriver, a flat head screw driver, wire cutter, wire stripper 2 bulbs no more than 60 watts each, electrical tape, safety goggles, and a ladder. The fixture can be hung upright or downward. It’s very nice and pairs well with an Edison bulb.the instructions were easy to. It took me 20 minutes.

This is a nice looking vanity light. The chrome and clear glass shades look clean and modern. I previously had a 4 light fixture in our upstairs full bathroom, but I found that four lights was actually too bright, and am replacing the fixture with this three light design. While this light fixture looks nice, if you look closely, the build quality is not the best. When the shades are installed on the light fixture, one of the lights on mine is slightly crooked due to the light socket being attached at a slight angle. Be careful attempting to fix the angle, as the porcelain sockets can break. I looked at 3 different vanity light fixture styles, and all had this issue, so it just seems to be a common thing with light fixtures with this design where the shades are screwed on to the light socket. Also, there were stain spots on the chrome on the one I received, as if some liquid sprayed on the chrome. Most of it wiped off with some windex, but there are still some visible marks on the chrome. Finally, just reminder that this light fixture does NOT include light bulbs. Given that the shades are clear glass, I'll be buying some nice looking edison style glass LED bulbs, as the bulbs are fully visible. I'll also be hanging the fixture with the bulbs down, to avoid dust collecting in the shades and on the bulbs. Despite the minor build quality flaws, this is a nice looking fixture that will look great in our bathroom.

The Hampton Bay three light vanity light is beautiful and looks very contemporary. I had a very plain boring bathroom but I wanted something simple but contemporary. This fixture is 22.5 inches long so it fits beautifully. I really like the brushed nickel finish. The clear glass shades bring so much light to my dark bathroom.I really like the look.

We have been searching for several years for a fixture for our large master bathroom and between the wife and I we just could not find the right fixture that pleased both of us. Well finally the right fixture showed up and now we have installed it and it looks great as well as provides very satisfactory in make up and dressing light. We are very pleased with this 4 light fixture in our home.

This brushed nickel, 3 light, vanity light is very nice, also solid, all metal construction.  The brushed nickel finish is just beautiful, with a mild, shiny glow.  I consider it rich looking, also a great compliment to other brushed nickel fixtures in your bathroom (ie. faucet, towel bar, towel ring, shower trim kit, shower doors, etc...).  Funny thing is that I did not like brushed nickel when first introduced to it; it looked so gray.  I chose it anyway due to it's anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties, and I tell you, once installed, it looked absolutely fantastic in my bathroom, rich textured, looks high end, turned out to be an awesome compliment to my new bathroom, which I already invested a lot of money on.  Another notable feature about brush nickel, is that my brushed nickel faucet and fixtures continue to look brand new, when they have already seen loads of use since 2013, resilient, durable; they take a beating and keep looking great, as though they are resistant to wear/abuse.  The shade over the bulbs is clear glass; access to the bulbs is super easy, and it takes regular bulbs, up to 60w.  The 3 lights also provide loads of light for your bathroom, so you won't be left in the dark, great for shaving, putting on makeup, etc...  The design is stylish, very attractive, and it looks just great, will light up your home.  I deny that this fixture is limited to a bathroom...  I can imagine many other applications...  I think that it would look awesome in a hall, or in almost any room where you need some wall light...  I love that it hangs on the wall, alleviating the need for lamp tables, which you can still add, if you wish.  I also think that it would be awesome in an office to put right above a desk to really light the area up good...  I'd use LED bulbs, make the work space super bright so that you can easily see...  Lottsa possibilities...  I have no regrets, I am very happy with this fixture, think that I made a great choice!

Hampton Bay Wakefield Vanity Light 22.5 inch 3-light in brushed nickel. Installation instructions included. Requires 3 - 60 Watt medium base bulbs (not included). Simple design compliments many styles. Clear glass globe is very sturdy, thick glass. It was a bit challenging to install inner metal ring as it is a tight fit - and I have small woman hands. Very attractive fixture.

I am replacing all the light fixtures in my 2002 home and chose this Hampton Bay Wakefield 3 light fixture for the guest bathroom. It’s simple in the style but is a big improvement over the builders fixtures. This fixture has chrome trim and the globes are heavy and good quality. All of the hardware is included including the wire twist caps, the only negative is the light bulbs aren’t included- I like it when the manufacturer includes the bulbs, saves a trip to the store and they usually include the ones that look best, in this case clear standard bulbs look nice. Installation is super easy, no different than any other light fixture. Always helps to have a second set of hands to hold the light while connecting the wires but I know electricians and guys in general can usually do it by themselves. This fixture is a nice size, it’s 22.5 inches in length and (as usual) manufactured in China. Despite that, it is a nice quality vanity light and the globes aren’t chintzy, they are nice thick glass. I recommend this vanity light if you are on a budget and just want a good quality, simple but modern vanity light to update a bathroom. It’s also looks and feels as good as some of the more expensive brands!

rosted odern, sleek and well made vanity light. It's extremely sturdy and on the heavy side, so be sure you have a stud to screw into. It can be hung in either direction for your personal taste. An Edison bulb is your best bet to finish off a good look, or something decorative. I wish frosted or seeded glass was an option, it would make using plain bulbs an option. The chrome looks great, but fingerprint prone, i find some car polish reduces the need for cleaning the light.
