Nice sectional, but minor defects
The sectional is sturdy and the cushions are good quality. However, the sectional has defects with the leveling of one foot that had to be attached. It isn’t noticeable once it’s put together, therefore I didn’t find it necessary for a return.

Unhappy
As much as I love the style of the set, it has a huge flaw. It is not waterproof or water resistant. At. All. Its been 3 days since we had any rainfall, yet the bottom of my cushions are still soaked. They have an awful brown stain on the bottom and sides. The worst part was that I guest come over and comment about how their bottoms felt too moist. If you live in a place that rarely rains or has a roof from above, then its great. Other than that please reconsider putting your money into a better product

I am very pleased with this purchase. The sectional and table was easy to assemble. Looks exactly like in photo. The rocking chair was purchased separately.

love the look...but the process has been a hassle!
The good: This is a great looking piece of outdoor furniture. We may eventually remove the back cushions and replace with toss cushions because the details on the back of the sectional are pretty cool, but get covered up with big back cushions. The piece sits low and is somewhat deep, which we love. The color and quality of the wood appear to be of good quality as well. The cushions are just OK quality, they aren't plush, but the aren't awful either.
The bad: We had to drill several of our own holes, have a drill handy. We are still missing a support bar and can't fully put the unit together. It's been a couple of weeks, and a few hours on the phone with customer service, which is really a giant bummer. I'm hoping the issue is resolved soon because it's sitting on our patio half assembled and driving me crazy!

Great Couch for price. Bigger than specs. Wood color nice.
The couch came really quickly. Comes in 3 boxes (end bench, end bench, corner + table). Took about an hour to assemble. Pretty simple assembly. Couple pilot holes missing or misaligned. One small area chipped but overall no big deal. Cushions are firm.
The biggest gripe I had was the web specs. They were REALLY off.
Couch is 89" x 89" for the full L end to end. That is not clear in the specs. Also each bench can hold 250lbs, not the whole couch.

Take note of the levelling feet when unpacking.....
Was wary of this item with no reviews, but almost half off as a special buy of the day was too good to pass up. Boxes are heavy, recommend unpacking near a trash can and bringing items piece by piece. Assembly was fairly straight forward, not too demanding, if you have a 5/32 allen ratchet or drill bit, installing will go a lot faster. Some pilot holes were misaligned, the drill pushed through anyhow. Was missing a leveling foot, called Hampton Bay and was told they could not be ordered individually, my only option was to return the set. I plan to take one of the other feet to home depot in the next few days and resolve the issue. The teak wood is finished and does not discolor from rain so far, plan to get covers for the items soon. After resolving this levelling foot situation, and some actual use of the set, may update in the future.
