Windsor 4-Piece Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Sectional Sofa with Ottoman and Sunbrella Beige Tan Cushions

We had no issues putting together the set. Delivered in two boxes and they were packed extremely well. Super comfy, cushions are dense and you sit up at a Normal height. I ordered the sunbrella cushions and am glad I did. Don’t hesitate to purchase. The set is awesome and was a good value for the price. Yes the ottoman cushion slides so I am getting some Velcro to attach and to the ottoman frame and it will be fine. Love How big it is. Ready to Sleep on it this summer!

The set looks great. It’s comfortable. Feels high quality. The issues are: 1. Assembly - the manufacturer has some consistency issues and the holes don’t line up. Since the set is metal it’s really very difficult to maneuver or drill new holes. We had to pry and bend things to make it work. 2. The ottoman doesn’t have any straps to keep in place so it just slides right off frame 3. There are lots of Velcro straps attached to every pillow but it’s totally unclear what they are supposed to attach to. You can’t get the straps through the wicker and attaching pillows to each other is weird, plus you will still see them.

Still unboxing and assembling, but so far it appears the steel construction and the fabric is of great quality. I recieved the set all at once as follows: Box 1: the ottoman, Box 2: the sectional, and Two Packages: one containing the slipcover for the ottoman cushion and the second package contained the slipcovers for the sectional cushions. Assembly instructions, hardware and care instructions are included in each box/package.

Well, after a bit of shipping difficulties, we finally got all the pieces needed for this set of furniture. We got 2 big boxes of parts. The first had just the frame and pad for the stool, the second was bigger and contained all the rest of the parts. We had a problem with shipping but was quickly resolved. I would suggest that when putting pieces together, only do the screws a little bit to cath the threads. We had a couple holes not line up the best and had to loosen bolts to get it to fit. When tightened all is well. This set seams very well made and is quite comfortable. Only fault we can find is our cushion on the foot rest doesn't have a way to secure to frame. I went ahead and picked up a cover to fit over this for another 45 bucks or so. It is waterproof and straps clip around the legs to keep it on the furniture. We like the look, feel and comfort of this set and would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a set like this.

First let me say we love our Hampton Bay Windsor sectional sofa and ottoman. It's good looking, sturdy and great quality for the money. We also purchased the Sunbrella cushions in the Henna color. Now the issues: very challenging for the two of us to assemble. Took us over 5 hours. One screw hole beat us to the point we just gave up on it. Next point: ottoman cushion had no tie and sofa cushions ties would not work with sofa frame. (I will call about that issue.) But all in all, very happy with our purchase.

Extraordinarily beautiful does not do justice to this set since it is beyond our expectations. Besides looking beautiful it is solidly constructed. Great quality material was used in the manufacturing of this patio set. Oversized cushions make it a very comfortable seat and you and your guests will be able to relax and have many great conversations. The large ottoman is not only good for resting your feet but you can throw a table cloth on it and the ottoman becomes an instant table where you can place snacks for everyone to enjoy. The vibrant chili color makes adds to the cheer of any outdoor gathering. This was an easy to put together project and the instructions were very clear. I used a table instead of placing it on the floor which made assembly easier. The set comes with all hardware and also provides you with an allan and a ratchet wrench to make your work go smooth. The holes and screws line up perfectly so you don't have to struggle with alignment. Make sure to not tighten your screws until the instructions direct you to tighten them. This project took me about 3 hours to assemble the 4 pieces of furniture and about 1/2 hour to place the covers on the cushions. I'm sure we will enjoy many years of use.

I am reviewing the Hampton Bay Windsor 4-Piece Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Sectional Sofa with Ottoman and Chili Red Cushions The sectional Sofa as well as the Ottoman is made of high quality materials from the weather-resistant and rust-resistant steel frames to the CushionGuard foam. Assembly took 2 people x 4 hours to put it together but well worth it. This is heavy duty stuff. We love it as it enhances our patio with the Chili Red color is exciting & so inviting to sit & enjoy.

The Hampton Bay wicker sectional and ottoman are absolutely beautiful. I believe the wicker color is more on the gray side instead of brown, as advertised and I prefer it that way. When assembling this product, make sure you follow all instructions. When the instructions say to loosely tighten bolts, do exactly that. It did take a bit of loosening and tightening to get all the bolts to line up. Don't expect to get this set assembled quickly because it's not going to happen. Take your time and you will be pleased with the end result. I'm still waiting on delivery of the Chili Red cushion covers, so my pictures only show the cushions without covers. I am extremely impressed with the sturdiness and quality of this product!

Excellent patio sectional with ottoman! It ships in four boxes. Two small boxes are the cushion covers, One large box is the ottoman with cushion and the last box is huge (about 4'x4'x4') and contains all parts for sectional with cushions. It looks totally overwhelming when you take everything out of the huge box but it goes together fairly quickly because all bolts are the same (except for the corner section bracket which has 2 bolts of a different size). They also provide a ratcheting Allen wrench in each sectional box (2) which makes assembly so much faster! I highly suggest assembling the ottoman first since its pretty easy and takes only about 20 minutes. The ottoman is about 40 inches square and has a center leg brace for stability. The Sectional is 80 inches one way and 80 inches the other way. The corner section attaches to each side of sectional with plastic clips which securely keeps it in place. The seat cushions are about 5 inches thick and are super comfortable. The back cushions are very lofty and thick! NOTE: The cushions are several different sizes and are placed in specific locations on the sectional so pay attention to the diagram in the instructions (I included the picture). The covers also coordinate with the different sizes of cushions so lay them out on each cushion before putting them on. The entire assembly process took me several hours because I took frequent breaks but, all in all, it should take about 3 hours. I put it together by myself but it would have been easier to have another person helping. This sectional is high quality with metal seat and ottoman frames. There are longer oval screw holes for minor adjustments and the topping on the cake is that it has leveling feet on the sectional !!! I absolutely love this sectional by Hampton Bay and I can't wait until the snow melts so I can set it up on my deck! You could even use it inside if your décor has this wicker vibe. You will not be disappointed with this super comfortable, beautiful and well made sectional!!! I
