The chairs were a challenge to assemble but the outcome is gorgeous! My only complaint is the cushion inserts are way too big for the covers causing them to bow up in the middle.

Absolutely love this Hampton Bay five piece outdoor patio dining set! I placed this dining set on my covered patio area, which gave me more seating for dining and compliments my outdoor space. The wicker style is eye pleasing, the rattan material is a plus because it is durable and will last a long time in the elements, the table is both solid and well made and has a heavy bottom to prevent overturning, the chairs are sturdy and well made as well, the denim cushions are made of sunbrella material, which makes these water and fade resistant and are washable. The table dimensions are 42 inches in diameter and 28 3/4 inches in height. The chair dimensions are 36 inches in height, 25 1/2 inches in depth and has a seating area of 21 inches in depth by 22 1/2 inches wide. This is a DIY assembly that took me about two and a half hours. All parts are included, along with an allen wrench to help with the tightening of the bolts. The step by step instructions are easy to understand and follow. During assembly ensure not to tighten all the bolts until told to do so. I made sure the chair legs were level on the ground before tightening all the bolts. This will prevent wobbling of the chairs. I did spray scotch guard on my cushions, even though the cushions are of sunbrella material, this is my preference only. I do this on all my outdoor cushion material, to give me added protection and longevity of the cushion material. Overall I extremely pleased with the look and comfort of this outdoor patio set.

See photos. TABLE: Base and pedestal are thick, strong cast aluminum; I wish the top were the same material. Table top is oddly different; it is made of sections of rather thin sheet steel and makes a booming noise like a bass drum with the slightest impact of a fork or plate. It sounds like thunder when rapped lightly with knuckles. I plan to spray the underside of the top with a rubberized sealer to dampen the annoying noise. Rubber or textile place-mats might also be beneficial in reducing noise. CHAIRS: Sturdy frames and nice cushions, but the seat bottoms that support the cushions provide insufficient support. Seat bottoms consist of three flat, 2" wide strips of sheet steel, flanged for rigidity; the back two have welded bars under them to increase strength. My backside can feel the 3+" gaps between the strips right through the brand new cushions. In a week or so I imagine it will be uncomfortable. I plan to cut luan boards to go under the cushions for proper support over those large gaps. I might expect such issues with a $400 patio set, but not a $900 patio set. Hampton Bay can and must do better than this.

Delivery: fantastic! Furniture was delivered within two weeks, and was boxed perfectly! Installation: it was easy to put together especially with the ratchet tool they provided. The cushion covers were sent separately. I hadn’t received two weeks after delivery as extra. I called HomeDepot on Sunday in Wyomissing Pa and Melissa set up conference call to inquire. Johnny, Home Depot online took care of me and ordered the cushions and because of my inconvenience provided me the updated discount sales price and saved me $100. I received the cushion covers a day earlier than expected! PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks so much Melissa at the local store and Johnny online ordering! I had ordered from Sam’s and delivery was a disaster had to return myself to local store. I visited the store and purchased more outdoor furniture for my sunroom and Elizabeth and others helped me load my truck! It Looks beautiful and I’m so happy!

Okay, first off, it's a beautiful set, and I love the look. Everything was simple to put together. The only snag I ran into with assembly was when attaching the braces to the pedestal. The holes were not threaded and the screws just slid in. I had to remove the pedestal from the table top and add longer screws with nuts to attach the braces to the pedestal. It worked out fine, but was a pain in the rear because the screws attaching the pedestal to the bottom of the table top became stripped removing them. Next problem - two of the chairs are wobbly, feels like one leg is shorter than the others. I've taken them a part twice to try and adjust, but still wobbly. Disappointed, especially for the price.

We love our patio dining set. We have been using it every time we get a chance due to weather conditions. This is a solid patio dining set. The table is made of metal and is very sturdy when it is put together. When you start to assembly the table and chairs allow your self some time and and it will go a bit easier with some help. About 15 to 20 minutes per chair and About the same for the table and all the tools you need are supplied to assembly the dining set. The table is solid and is painted faux wood and will not move easily in hard storms or even when it is bump a very big plus for us. The chairs have plastic faux plastic wicker over a steel frame. The cushions are very comfortable and can be removed to be washed and the covers are made of Sunbrellia which protects against fading and stains. This dining set will last you a very long time and it is very well made. It is made of very high quality material. You will love this dining set.

This Hampton Bay Windsor 5-Piece Brown Wicker Round Outdoor Pation Dining Set with Denim Blue Cushions is a very beautiful heavy duty dining set. Chairs are very heavy duty and comfortable to sit on. Directions are simple and easy to read and understand. It took us a little while to put it together and then we set it up on our porch and it looks really nice. We love it can't wait till it gets nice out so we can sit outside and enjoy it.

This is a solid patio dining set. The table is made of metal and is very sturdy one put together. It takes about 20 mins to assemble the table and about 45 min to build all 4 chairs. It comes with all the required bolts and the tools. The cushion covers are made of Sunbrella, which protects against fading and stains. This should last many years. The only issue is it does not have a hole for an umbrella. Most likely I will make a hold in the middle. It should work fine. Other than that, it is a great set.

The solid steel table is painted faux wood and will not be casually moved, either deliberately or by being bumped. The chairs have plastic faux wicker over a steel frame. The cushions are reasonably comfortable, with removable, washable denim covers. DIY assembly is Home-Depot easy. The set came with all the pieces, with extra bolts in the blister packs. A ratchet wrench was included in the table box as an afterthought (stapled to the card with the bolts), and it certainly facilitated the process. PS: Consider recruiting a second person for assembling the table and moving it to its final location. It is really REALLY heavy.
