These arrived very quickly and unfortunately had to be put together which was a little tricky because the last hole wouldn’t line up, after fussing with it a bit we finally got the frame together. The cushions come with the covers off so you have to cover them yourself which can take a few minutes and the fabric feels like it will hold up well. After have very rainy weather for two weeks I left the cushions in the rain deliberately to test how quickly they would dry. Well take my advice and place the cushions somewhere where they remain dry because they really absorb water and take quite awhile to dry. These are extra wide seats and very comfortable and I think they will hold up well.

Highly recommend these beautiful Hampton Bay Windsor Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Stationary Chairs. Beautiful enough to be used inside as well as outside. Functional to sit on, easy to move when needed, and easy to wipe down if needed. The Hampton Bay Windsor Brown wicker outdoor patio stationary chairs took about 30 minutes to put together. All hardware parts were included. The ratchet would not stay in place when using it. The pillow covers were tight going on (instructions said fold the cushion).

These Hampton Bay wickers chairs are very well made, durable, and also very attractive. Each piece is labeled with letters for easy assembly. The pieces of the chair are all bolted together with machine screws. Once completely assembled, I found the legs to be 100% leveled and didn't require any additional adjustments. Although the tool for the machine screws are included in the kit, I suggest using a 3mm allen socket on a 1/4 inch drive ratchet to speed up the process. Some of the installation screws are in tight places with little room for the included allen key to do a complete rotation - which is why a ratchet and 3mm socket is much more efficient.

Just finished putting these chairs together and the most impressive thing about them is the ratcheting allen wrench that they provide. Right out of the box the bottom of one of the legs is tweaked. Too badly deformed to be able to install the plastic foot pad. I had to bend it back in place as best as possible with a screwdriver to get the foot on. Doesn't look great but it worked. The damage must have occurred at the factory because everything looks like it was super well packaged and the box was undamaged.  The chair itself is pretty comfortable to sit in. The quality of the cushion's fabric remains to be seen. It's awfully thin and the stitching looks lackluster. It's winter here, so for now it's a gaming chair in the basement. 

I liked the versatile styling and weather resistance of these chairs, and they are big enough to make anyone comfortable. My first impressions were good - very well packaged, straightforward framing, innovative fastening tools, and a wide range of cushion color choices. Assembly was a bear, however - despite the brilliant inclusion of an allen wrench drive bit (a huge time saver with a portable drill on the many machine screws), there wasn't much precision or forgiveness in lining up the screw paths on the frame. That made a 15 minute assembly into a tedious 30 minute process of strong-arming frame pieces to line up. Once assembled, the chairs offer comfort, a solid footprint, and relatively light weight for their size.

All pieces were there and plenty of extra screws included. Once put together the chairs were very sturdy.and ready for outdoor use. Being winter here I plan on putting them on my deck this spring. I strongly recommend these chairs to anyone who requires sturdy outdoor furniture.

HAMPTON BAY WINDSOR BROWN WICKER OUTDOOR PATIO STATIONARY ARMLESS DINING CHAIR WITH CUSHIONGUARD CHILI RED CUSHIONS (2-PACK) is a very strong sturdy set of 2 outdoor chairs that look great with the outdoor set I had gotten earlier in the same chili red. It comes in a few parts and you need to put the parts together. It has a lot of screws and it would be easier if someone helped as you were putting it together just for the extra set of hands but otherwise it was ok to build. Be sure not to tighten the screws at all until its all loosely together because it was a little difficult to line them up with so many holes. I also love the tool that comes with it for getting into tight spots with the screws and it is a hex screw so it helps a lot. The cushion covers came separately a few days later as it did with the other set I had gotten so be patient as they will come eventually. This is a well made chair and I would highly recommend it.

Assembly was not as easy as previous Hampton Bay outdoor wicker furniture. The instructions were clear, but all of the assembly drawings were on a single page and a little too small. This set did not include the super cool BILT app that the last set did so it took a while longer to put together. For some odd reason, the instructions say that you'll need a power drill (not included) to complete the chairs. There is NO steps that require a drill. A few of the holes were covered with the plastic wicker so minor surgery was needed. Be sure to put screws in loose since getting all of the holes to align is pretty darn fussy. Once all screws were in, it was fairly easy to tighten them all down. They do include a cheapie ratchet wrench that really speeds up the process. Mine came with the cushions separate from the slip covers. They are just about square so it's hard to judge which way to stuff them into the cover. After a few tries, I settled on putting the cushion into the cover with its "do not remove" tag sticking out. Once assembled, they are comfortable and wide (they looked kind of narrow in the photo). They are heavy with the box of two weighing in at 53 lbs. so keep that in mind if you'll need to carry them inside for off-season storage.

The Hampton Bay Windsor Brown Wicker Outdoor Patio Stationary Armless Dining Chair with CushionGuard Chili Red Cushions will be a welcomed addition to our existing Hampton Bay patio furniture sets on our deck. As you can see by the photos, snow prevents us from using them upon receipt. They are an excellent match to our other Hampton Bay sets, all with matching Chili Red cushions. The armless chairs are very comfortable to sit in and extremely sturdy. The only downfall to the set was the difficulty of assembly. Sufficient bolts and the required allen wrench were provided along with a ratcheting wrench to easy assembly. Due to the wicker type webbing and it's thickness, it was often a struggle to get the holes to line up. I've assembled swing sets, metal sheds, bicycles, etc but this presented the biggest challenge ywt. Once is was assembled, at least I had comfortable chairs to relax in. I highly recommend use of a cordless drill with a flexible extension shaft to access the sometimes hard to get to bolt heads.
