Pretty good quality. Easy to assemble though not with the enclose tools. Parts were well organized. Cushions are this sets weakness. They are not very firm. We'll be replacing those and soon.

A) putting them together is a nightmare. My husband is an engineer; this was not his first rodeo. But these chairs were made with no quality control! No more than half of the holes actually lined up, so for two hours, we did our best to stretch steel in order to assemble them. B) cushion covers do not fit cushions and cushions do not fit the chairs! I don’t know how one is expected to put the cushions in too small covers!! C) one chair is completely crooked and lists to the left! Garbage!

Got 4 of these chairs for my deck dining table and for a more comfortable option when sitting outside. They look good and are very comfortable. Go together easily enough, but make sure and follow the instructions to assemble on a soft surface and to not fully tighten all bolts until the end—makes a world of difference in terms of ease of assembly. All told these are a lovely addition to my outdoor area and went together nicely with only a few hours time.

Wanted to get a pair of wicker swivel chairs for my covered carport, and these actually were the perfect to use by themselves as a conversation set or as the head chairs for my outdoor dining table. They're comfortable, and my friends fight over who gets to sit in them when I'm entertaining. Assembly was right as described -- I assembled it by myself and it took a little over an hour each chair. The directions were pretty clear, and all the tools you need are included. Though the ratchet they included worked really well (once I figured it out) I still got my heavy duty hand ratchet to tighten all the bolts. As mentioned in the sales description, the covers were delivered separately. Getting the cushions into the covers takes a little patience and massaging, but once the cushions settle into place (and it takes a little bit of time), it's comfortable and sturdy. Placed the order on a Monday evening and it was delivered as scheduled by Wednesday morning.

Well built. Tools included & labeled. Instructions clear, easy to follow. Packed in 2 boxes, well padded. Assemble on tarp as metal parts scrape easily. From unpacking through assembly-1 hour/each chair. Bolt on arms didn’t totally line up. Using their tools will take longer. Ratchet wrench they provided worked well. Slip covers difficult to put on, but makes it taut. Easier with two people. Bend cushion, work into corners, zip and flatten. Chairs are comfortable with swivel and rocking.

These chairs look pretty nice but we've had nothing but trouble since the beginning. First, one chair was delivered damaged so we had to request a replacement. Then, putting them together took forever. Last, but definitely not least, the seat cushions are ALWAYS wet so finally we unzipped them all to discover that the cushions that have a white zippered "cover" were all falling apart. The white zippered covers where all shredded and the cushions were full over water and falling apart. That explains why they never dry out. They are also thin to begin with. The other outdoor furniture I have, including patio table chairs and an outdoor sofa, have cushions with real waterproof covers and don't hold water like these chairs. The cushions in particular are obviously very poorly made and are cheap and not of a quality you'd expect for chairs costing over $600 for a set of two. I am reaching out to customer support now to see what they can do for me. Getting replacement cushions won't solve the problem since the same thing will happen so I am not sure how to remedy this with Home depot. Think twice before buying these chairs.

This review is for Hampton Bay's Set of 2 Windsor Wicker Swivel Out Door Patio Chairs, Model # A211043601. Out of the box, these chairs require some assembly which just involves screwing and bolting the bottom, sides and back of the chair together and then bolting the base plate to the bottom of the chair. (I would before hand recommend you empty the large shipping box and then turn it over bottom up as it makes the perfect platform to assemble these chairs while standing up the entire time.) After assembly, the chair will just drop into its base and you're done. The Instructions are straight forward and diagrams are included. All required tools are included but I usually use my own tools as it's faster. They even included a small ratchet wrench and a separate hex head which I actually used and it works great. I even kept it in my tool box for after the chairs were assembled, for tight places. If you use a drill to screw in long screws, be careful that you don't over power it and strip out the threads. These chairs have weight to them to keep them solidly planted on the deck when swiveled. Though they are not advertised as a rocking chair, they do rock slightly from front to back which is a nice thing on a quiet day. They appear to be made of a high quality wicker material and the steel frames are rust resistant. They are brown in color with two gray cushions each. (These chairs can be ordered with cushion covers in 19 separate covers giving unlimited color matching to perfectly fit your home decor.) The cushions are about 4 inches thick and are firm but not hard to the touch and are covered in the company's "Cushion Guard" fabric protector. The cushion covers are shipped separately and you have to stuff the cushions into the covers. The cushions are separate for seat and back and are not the same size, nor are the covers so you will have to make sure you have the right cushion in the right sized cover. It's not a hard thing to do. These chairs measure 23 3/4 inches wide, 30 inches deep and are about 36 inches high and weigh approximately 50 pounds each. There is a solid arm rest on each side for comfort and stability. We placed these chairs under our covered patio for at least some protection from the Arizona sun. The fabric is fade and stain resistant and the chair and cushions come with a 3 year warranty, which is also important and shows the companies faith in their quality build. They are really comfortable to sit on and swivel and will make a really nice addition to any patio location or if you are so inclined, to an inside setting.

I received the HAMPTON BAY WINDSOR BROWN WICKER OUTDOOR PATIO SWIVEL DINING CHAIR WITH CUSHIONGUARD STONE GRAY CUSHIONS (2-PACK) which came in a very large and heavy box weighing 108 pounds. I would recommend having two people move and unpack the contents. There were multiple pieces inside the large box that included the tools and instructions for having to completely assemble the two chairs. The chair frames are heavy duty coated steel with hand woven wicker. The finished product looks amazing.

I'll wait at least until the spring thaw to assemble these chairs, but I did examine them sufficiently to determine that the marketing pictures and product description are accurate. It is clear that this company has figured out how to package and ship products. One package holds the chairs - nicely nestled and sufficiently cushioned to withstand delivery. The stone-gray slip covers come in a separate box.

Hampton Bay Windsor Wicker Patio Swivel Dining Chair are nice quality, the wicker and the steel that support it seem to be made very well. I would have given this set five stars but the assembly of the chairs are a little to be desired. I must say that the instructions were the best I have seen from Hampton Bay as all pieces were labeled and corresponded with the instructions. Where I found it difficult is to line up the holes for the side arms, It just should not be that difficult. Other than that it is a very well made chair and we put it under the eaves of our house in the back yard. You will need to stuff you own cushions but they are made very well and that is the easy part. All in All a very nice set.
