The Briarwood starts off right, with generous, 4.5 in. deep roof overhangs and two gable vents. The ideal-sized, 48 in. W x 6 ft. H double doors with full-length hinges, provide easy access for all your tools of the trade. A clean, open floor plan gives way to 850 cu. ft. storage capacity with 6 ft. 4 in. H side walls and a 10 ft. 2 in. H peak. The smart and strong 2 ft. x 4 ft. wood interior can be customized the way you want it. The sheds treated siding is pre-primed and ready to paint to match your house. Poor Quailty Material & Installation
I felt confident purchasing the shed from Home Depot online. My expectations of having Handy Homes sending builders to do the install was too high. One man job and poor materials did not meet my expectations.

Shingles break after only two weeks.
The shed was installed on 2/16, only one week ago. But a strip of the shingle flap like a flag in the wind, and a piece of the shingle broke down to the ground. The shingle is too thin and easily break away. How can it sustain future rain, wind and snow? We have been loyal Homedepot customer for many years. The quality of this shed roof is not acceptable and will not last long. We ask that Homedepot replace the whole defective shingle roof with quality shingle roof. Thanks.

Sturdy and looks great!

We were looking for a new shed to replace an older one. Our main concerns were storage space for seasonal items, and durability, aside from a pleasing aesthetic. This unit with the two lofts has our seasonal stuff stored away, the windows provide good light, and the door is big enough with one door open and more than adequate with both open. The Installer was very knowledgeable about the product, and very friendly as well. What is not clear on the Home Depot Website is questions regarding the foundation. We had this installed on a previous foundation, but still had to make adjustments. The foundation for the shed to be installed on is 100% on the homeowner/purchaser of the shed. They do not make pre-inspect the site before delivery. If the foundation is not suitable, they tell you, and reschedule the installation. The website includes misleading information about the shed foundation. Handy Homes, the shed maker, provided me with the information when I called them. They were also friendly to deal with.

Extremely happy with this shed, which we converted to a playhouse. Delivered and installed exactly as promised. Quality is excellent. Love that the windows open and close and have screens. Also very pleased with the two loft areas. We added the window boxes. Have received numerous compliments on our shed/playhouse.

DO NOT BUY
I know it's tempting but buying a shed from Home Depot will only bring you nightmares. The quality is ok but their subcontractors will ruin it. I've wasted 5 vacation days due to late cancelations, slow and inept installers, and they even purposely left off the roof felt. Home Depot said there's nothing they can do. I find that hard to believe.

Extremely Poor Quality
I wrote an honest review a week ago of my experiences with this shed and the installing company. It was never published. If you are in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, beware of the quality of the installation (nothing "professional" about it) and the quality of the wood used in the shed. It's sad my original review was not published, it contained excellent information.
