Installation includes: Complete wood floor system, Onyx Black shingles, roof felt and drip edge. The Installed Handy Home Rookwood 10 ft. x 16 ft. Wood Shed Kit combines modern design with exceptional versatility. This multi-purpose, 10 ft. x 16 ft. blueprint features premium, 2x4 wood framing for ground to peak strength and treated, engineered wood siding to resist fungal decay and wood-destroying insects. Over-sized, 5 ft. 4 in. W x 6 ft. H double doors are mounted on full-length galvanized steel hinges. The Rookwood shed boasts impressive, 7 ft. H side walls and a 9 ft. 6 in. peak. and a robust 1164 cu. ft. of storage capacity, providing that extra space you need to store all your outdoor yard tools, lawn gear or hobby and lifestyle items. The Installed Handy Home Rookwood 10 ft. x 16 ft. Wood Shed Kit also features also features Adaptive Door Location. Have your doors installed on eave or gable side to achieve your desired look. A premium, rust-resistant, keyed locking handle is included for greater security. This wooden shed also includes a complete wood floor with treated wood floor framing and OSB wood floor decking. Purchase is non-refundable once installation has occurred. Shed must be installed on a flat, level surface. (Site preparation not included). Paint not included (sold separately).

Excellent product, excellent service!

The installer showed up on the expected date and finished the build in 1 day. Very happy with the quality of my shed, it is all that I expected. Nice shed but make sure you stay on the site.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think there is some required construction of a product the company is aware of zoning and getting a CO. So you are not aware of zoning laws and if the shed is over inches and oh by the way the shed is 2 inches wider so be careful in your measurements correct. Once the taillight leaves your driveway your in the rear view mirror and not their problem. So not the best customer focused group.

Beware of company, BACKYARD PRODUCTS
Shed itself is fine. The installation company, backyard products, is atrocious. Firstly our shed is crooked. Second, the installer was so awful, berating my husband and I the whole time. I’m shocked, never been treated so poorly after spending so much money. Next time we will go directly to a reputable manufacturer for this purchase and service should we ever need it again. Home Depot - use a different company for install PLEASE. Just go read their reviews..
