I really like the look and quality of the set. The lack of a five star rating was because of an issue with a return of 4 of the 8 chairs and the manufacturer. I really wanted the set so I went through them to get replacements. (Home Depot was great in facilitating with this and would have given a return or exchange). We decided to try not having to return the set. It is heavy. The hoops we had to jump through with the manufacturer were rediculous and yeilded us a wait of at least 16 weeks for replacements!!! Ashame because the set is nice and now we can't invite people over unless we find more chairs.
