Can you use it under a mattress in a pack n play or crib?

I would advise against ANY weight bearing application for sheeting this thin. Why risk it for the minuscule price difference if you would pay if you opted for 1/4". Add in the piece of mind you would gain when/if there is a little person laying in that crib... That being said I see it as a "no-brainer" for thicker product. On a side note check the materials listing to insure there are no chemicals used in the manufacture that may be harmful to people/pets/life.

Could this be used to cover a damaged table top? Would home depot cut it to size - round?

Absolutely! From experience covering one a few years back. Let me illustrate the confidence in my answer. The 15'x6' cutting table in our flooring warehouse had a surface we deemed insufficient to handle the daily 100-500 razor knife strokes we were about to bless it with. We covered the top with 1/8" masonite and the table began saying "next!" Stupid joke, AWESOME TABLE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I know what I'm buying with these hard boards. They're good for backing when I make a TV stand or... I know what I'm buying with these hard boards. They're good for backing when I make a TV stand or shelving. They cut pretty well with a 140 tooth 7 1/2" blade made for OSB and plywood on my circular saw. What is NOT OK, Is the way Home Depot puts the bar code sticker on the good side of the board. It is the type of surface that you don't want to wipe with a solvent. If you use your fingernail or a putty knife to get the sticker off, you're left with scratches or a sticky spot. You can't sand the smooth side of the panel without that spot standing out like a sore thumb. ARGH! Some people don't have a professional mind or an eye for quality or don't know or care enough about their job to pay attention to what their doing. But either way, JUST PUT THE STICKER ON THE BAD SIDE. and I'll just leave it there.

Would rate five stars, but every single sheet in the store had the price tag sticker on the smooth, finished side instead of the rough side. So you have to very carefully peel the sticker off, and then use something like goo gone to clean away the adhesive residue, which leaves a permanent discoloration when it dries. Would be a lot better if the price tag stickers were put on the rough side.
