First unit came in damage not an issue they reordered and have been using it for a few weeks and is doing well

This is a game changer for my home business as they have a robust technical support with very helpful guidance to make the technology work for you. It's a little hard to maintain when it comes to cleaning but if you follow tips and hints, you have barely any food residue left to clean after a batch run. I am so impressed with their quick and kind customer service.

I received this freeze dryer as a Mother’s Day gift and was so excited! I didn’t get to set it up for a while because I didn’t have a dedicated circuit yet. But once I did I ran a batch of peaches and they were AMAZING. Unfortunately my compressor broke the second run but harvest right made the process of returning for repair really easy and completely free under warranty and everyone was pleasant to work with. They even sent some free accessories for the trouble. I got it back and it works beautifully again! I love this machine for making healthier snacks for my children and preserving food that’s not currently in season. The large is perfect size for a family of 5 if you’re not trying to turn it into a business. It is HEAVY and awkward to carry, so make sure you take that into account. Some shoulder dolly straps work wonders for moving it up and down stairs. I also highly suggest getting the wifi adapter. I can check on my batch from my phone wherever I am without having to run up and down my stairs and am able to add extra dry time. Over all, even with the problem I encountered I am in love with this machine. I have a batch going now!

I bought my Harvest Right Large 6 tray a few weeks ago and have done several batches. Upon receiving my unit I registered the unit right away as indicated to do so. I placed my first batch of peaches in and started the machine and several hours later I looked inside the machine with a flashlight and saw the main internal cord/harness was under the tray insert. After the first batch was done, I removed the tray and found the wire chafed through the protective coating and had bare wires showing. It never shorted out and the peaches were delicious. I started the warranty process with Harvest Right and my assigned technician was awesome to work with. Took pictures of the back serial number, computer serial number (Found out they were different which caused more fixing later) and damage and they shipped me another brand-new cord. I will say disassembly and changing this cord is not for the non-mechanical folk as it entails re-pinning an multi-pin electrical plug, tearing top off and the right-hand side of the unit. I did find several screws which were not tightened when doing this process and one of the screws which held the circuit board on was not even in place and laying on top of the board which concerned me. All of these things were passed on to my warranty rep and they were top notch on getting this rectified on their end. The wrong serial numbers were rectified by my warranty rep sending me several new download files which were rebooted into the system via the USB port which rectified that issue. Even with all of these issues I will say I definitely would recommend their products and truly appreciate their care in rectifying any issues in regards. The Stainless-steel trays have held up really well, but I would suggest you purchase the silicone tray inserts as it makes it a breeze to clean up afterwards. I also ordered the quick vacuum release on the air pump side. I would say you really don't need it though as you have your drain line which essentially does the same thing. Just make sure your drain hose is not submerged in water, or it sucks it all back into your machine. The use of the auxiliary relief on the pump side prevents this from happening. The Wi-Fi adapter is awesome. You can control your machine from wherever which needs no explanation. The 6 trays are more than enough for lots of stuff. If you don't plan on making huge batches of stuff, I would probably suggest the medium machine. Just my opinion.

5 stars for their customer service team. Had a couple issues but resolved fast and easy. Now it’s up and running all is well. There is a learning curve, as there is with all new technologies. They took the time to answer all my questions. I have gummy bears in there as I write this!

I have had my large freeze dryer for about a year and absolutely love it! The customer service is above and beyond. Overall a great product and wonderful experience! Would recommend Enjoy making MRE meals for camping

I purchased this freeze dryer in October 2024. I have been very pleased with the results. It is a very complex machine that is very easy to use. The user interface is very friendly. I have freeze dried strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, tomatoes, watermelon, mushrooms, basil, and different candies (skittles, milk duds, jolly ranchers, salt water taffy, gummy worms, 3 musketeers, and ice cream sandwiches). It's such a great way to preserve food without refrigeration. The capacity is great, and I have been able to process quite a few items at once. I had an issue installing the WiFi adapter, and worked with their support. Calling Harvest Right support was a pleasure! I got to someone almost right away. The support tech (Rain) put me in touch with one of their Technical engineers (Chet) to solve my problem. They had to send me a new part, and talked me through the entire process and sent me videos of replacing the part. Chet was very helpful in getting me up and running again. I am now able to connect to the freeze dryer from anywhere to monitor the batches and remotely control the freeze dryer. I highly recommend that you order the WiFi adapter. The accessories that are shipped with the unit are so useful. It is everything you need to get started. The heat sealer, the de-oxygenators, the light proof mylar bags are high quality. I have been using parchment paper to place on the trays, and I have had to use quite a few sheets because they cannot be used very many times. I would recommend getting the silicone pads - they are just the right size and can be used and cleaned again and again. This is a well built machine. Very well engineered.

I purchased the large Harvest Right Freeze Drier approximately 4 months ago with hopes of selling candy to supplement my income since I’m disabled. It was so easy to setup and with the WiFi dongle & app setting it is simple. I haven’t had any problems, other than needing another drier to keep up with demand! This was definitely the best purchase I’ve made! It’s already paid for itself.
