No, it does not come in a brushed nickel finish.
The expandable hinges shown in your inquiry are the wrong type of hinges. They are designed to allow a door to clear the door jamb when open. That adds a few inches of door opening clearance when the door is open. Particularly useful when you need a little extra room to allow a walker or wheel chair to pass through the door. In the application of 2 door sets I believe conventional hinges should work fine if the hinges are recessed into the door and door frame. I have a pair of French doors that use conventional hinges and they work fine.
Our guest bath door was only 24" wide, and my mom has a 24"-wide wheelchair. This hinge allows you to pull the door completely out of the door opening. We also cut the narrow board (used to catch the door for closure) below the middle hinge, so Mom can now just manage to move her wheelchair into the guest bath when she is visiting. It has been a life-saver for us!
Yes
Yes. the hinges fit right into the same spot as the original hinges.

Yes
No. Note you must order 2 boxes as most doors have 3 hinges.
Certainly enough to hold an interior door, if installed properly.
