Q:Does it run true to size? Is the steel toe uncomfortable? Are the boots easy to put on and to take off? Will a size 6 fit a woman that wear size 7-7.5 shoes?

A: Thanks for reaching out, our boots run about a 1/2 size big. So, if you wear a size 11.5 sneaker, I would suggest ordering a size 11 Heartland boot. The boots are very easy to take on and off, they also have a 'kick-off lug' to assist removing each boot.

They sent the wrong boot. White. Then when i tried to return them your return system was down corporate wide. But im sure you will make it right.
