This juicer is very quiet! Researching other juicers on the market I often see a big complaint concerning how loud they are, like running a blender. Not so with this Heaven Fresh juicer. It runs "slow" and smooth so it makes less noise. As with any juicer, there is a some preparation work required getting your different food items ready (such as removing hard seeds, peeling oranges, etc.) and the cleanup involves many different components that must be washed by hand. This juicer performs quite well; a great feature is the reverse speed which helps free up foods when you try to feed too much, too quickly into the juicer. In our experience the few times the food jammed, the reverse function un-jammed the food quite nicely. My one complaint with this product has to do with the instructions. Our family has never owned a juicer before and the instructions simply don't explain things very clearly. Our first attempt at trying to assembly the juicer took some effort as the instructions were somewhat difficult to follow. Once you figure it out, however, it is a breeze to assemble the second time around. The juicer comes with 3 strainers, 2 of which fit inside a part called the "rotation wiper" which acts as a squeegee during operation. However, the 3rd strainer, the one marked "smoothies" does not fit inside the rotation wiper and the instructions do not mention this so the assumption is if you are making smoothies you don't need the squeegee. The included recipes don't specify which strainer (called "stainer" in the instructions) one should use, so when we tried the recipe for a sorbet, we were unclear which strainer to use, the one labeled frozen fruit or the one labeled smoothies. We tried the smoothie strainer and that did not work out for us. So, some experimentation may be needed to get used to the options available to you. The very first thing we tried freshly squeezed orange juice and it was delicious! The juicer worked flawlessly and how much better it tastes than the processed kind you buy at the grocery store! The juicer base is very heavy so it will not tip over. The pieces all fit together nicely so the product has been well-engineered. The quality of each item is high. We are looking forward to trying all kinds of recipes, both as included with the product and some of the ones we are finding on the Internet.

Makes juice as advertised. I put this together with ease. Made a batch of carrot juice. Worked smooth as you would want. Juice came out one spout, pulp came out the other. Looking forward to making muffins and carrot cakes with the pulp. It has a lot of power. There's a giant auger that is made out of steel and I'm guessing coated with heavy duty porcelain at the heart of the system. It squeezes the matter being juiced and forces it through a fine screen. Works quietly, as claimed. I'll be making a glass of healthy juice part of my morning routine.

After having used a high-speed juicer and being disappointed, I was ready to try a slow juicer, and this one did not disappoint. The juice is amazing, it produces very little waste, and it's easy to clean. But first things first: it's pretty clear that this is not an American company, because there are typos everywhere, including on the box and throughout the manual. The manual is also pretty incomplete, not adequately describing each of the parts or what they're for. With that said, if you just trust your instincts and try to figure out how to use the juicer without relying on the manual, you'll be fine. The only thing that's a must is locking in the base, but you'll figure that out, and the rest is simple. Turn it on, put fruits and veggies in the top, and watch juice come out. I was also pretty impressed that despite being called a "slow juicer", this isn't any slower than a high-speed juicer. It's just a different process - crushing instead of spinning. And it works so well! The juice is flavorful, and there's very little waste. And because bits of fruit aren't being flung around at high speed, it doesn't get all gummed up during use, meaning it's pretty easy to clean. Yes, there are a lot of parts, but it only takes a few minutes to disassemble it and rinse them off. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed at this slow juicer. I wish the manual were better, but the product itself is clearly well engineered, and actually looks really good too. I've included photos of a juice I made with one small pineapple, one apple, two mandarin oranges, half a banana, and five strawberries. I'd say about 70% of the fruit was made into juice, with most of the waste being from the pineapple.

I LOVE IT! This Juicer is AWESOME! Not only does it juice extremely well, it's quiet and does a VERY efficient and professional job. You can also make sorbet which I cannot wait to do. It is not messy at all and is very easy to take apart, put together, clean and operate. The design of it looks attractive and sleek on your counter and will not clutter it up at all. It is really nice quality; the entire thing is very well made and I highly recommend it to all. Amazing!

Item arrived very well packed. The juicer is large, weighing just under 20 pounds and fully assembled stands up at 19 inches tall with feeding tube attached. We selected the NaturoPure 3014 as a way to healthier living, providing other ways to enjoy the fruits and vegetables we already enjoy. The NaturoPure won out for it's versatility - ability to make juices, smoothies and sorbets (with the assortment of included strainers). Construction: -Very well constructed. Everything is plastic and that was a concern at first but upon using the juicer it has crushed/juiced all the stuff we fed it - without any issue. -Instructions for the 3014 are not well organized or detailed. The juicer comes with a lot of components and some of them are accessories such as the strainers. The HF 3014 comes with 3 different strainers but the manual lacks detail on their application. -The HF 3014 is very sturdy - sure footed even when juicing. A well balanced appliance. Operation/Performance: -Once assembled using the appropriate strainer for the juicing operation desired; it's very easy to use. Our first juicing was carrots. I cut the carrots as instructed (cut length in 1/2 and then cut the thicker section of carrot in 1/2). Just place the collection pitchers at each the pulp chute and the juice chute, turn on and drop the carrot in the feeding chute. The HF 3014 does the rest. The On/Off/Reverse switch stays in the position selected, so it is a matter of just turning on and dropping in the carrots. I did not have to use the pusher that much for the feeding tube - the juicer auger pretty much auto-fed. Although in the attached video I show using the pusher to get small chunks of carrots into the auger compartment. -Upon putting the carrots into the feeding tube the juicer immediately begins the crushing/macerating and within seconds juice is pouring out. Very impressive! -I had two separate stalls with the auger. Both times it was when I stopped the juicer to empty the pulp pitcher. When I went to restart there were carrots in the feeding tube and auger area. I believe this caused a wedge making it difficult to start. A brief reverse of the auger solved the problem and it was turned back on making juice like nothing ever happened. -The juice is amazing! We made 5 cups of carrot juice from 5 pounds of carrots and had almost 2 full pitchers of pulp. The juice had very little pulp and was delicious! The 5 pounds of carrots was completely juiced in less than 15 minutes (with stops to empty pulp and juice pitchers). -Clean up wasn't terrible. We found the best way to clean the HF 3014 was to fill a sink with cool water and submerge the parts in the water. The submersing helps release the stuck pulp. Only the strainer needed the little bit of scrubbing. This worked exceptionally well. NOTE: we discovered that carrot stains. Consider what you using when juicing since the juice and pulp is a concentrate of whatever fruit or vegetable you are juicing. Love that there is no heat involved for the juicing process. The juice comes out just the way it should. Looking forward to making other fruit and vegetable juices! The only cons of the NaturoPure HF 3014 are the lacking instruction manual and the lacking of recipes. It comes with a recipe book but does not contain a large selection. The internet helps with this need but it would be nice to have a larger collection of recipes straight from Heaven Fresh.

A good solid juicer. I have been using the tribest slowstar SW-2000 for about 5 years and the Heaven Fresh HF 3014 works just as well. They are very similar in design and function. As you can see from my pictures the pulp from the HF 3014 is nice and dry. I made a carrot -apple – celery – romaine – lemon recipe and everything came out dry. The slow juicers are very quiet compared to the high speed juicers. The only benefit I see with a high speed is for very watery citrus. Even then I find it easier to use the ubiquituous, orange, yellow, or green squeeze juicers as they are better for citrus and faster. I started with a Breville I borrowed from a firend who got me onto Joes’ reboot. I bought the tribest because after a week of using both side by side the tribest extract 10% more juice. Over a year or so that means it will pay for itself. Since the HF 3014 performs as well as the tribest I think it will do great in the long run. The entire unit is well designed. All the pieces fit tight against each other. Arrows show how the pieces fit together. The plastic is heavy gauge. Shouldn’t break anytime soon. If you haven’t juiced you will notice there are a lot of pieces but after 3 or 4 uses you can put this together in less than 30 seconds. Takes me about 6 minutes to clean it. A double batch (64 ounces) takes about 30 minutes start to finish. The hopper is very large. Good for odd sized pieces like apples or large clumps of greens. Comes with a powerful 240W brushless motor. The slowstar is only 200 watts and is not brushless. I have never had a problem with the tribest freezing or stopping so this should do just as well. You still need to cut the harder pieces into smaller chunks for optimal juice extraction. The masticating gear is a bit taller so it grabs and pulls down smaller pieces so they don’t bounce around the top. I almost knocked off one star because the instruction manual is not very good. Besides the typos the instructions to use the smoothie basket and frozen screen are very poor. But since there are thousands of recipes and videos online to use these I decided against it. Get yourself a few recipe books from the library to find the recipes you like and buy them to use as reference manuals. Tips for beginners 1. Slow juicing is slower compared to the centrifugal style so you can speed up the process by cutting as you are feeding the juicer. I use a large cutting board with all my ingredients cleaned and laid out so I can grab them and cut as I feed the hopper. Using this method I can juice as fast as a centrifuge. 2. Make more than one batch at a time. I juice in the evening. Enough for dinner, breakfast, morning snack, and lunch. Saves time cleaning. 3. Mix the leafy greens between harder fruits and veggies to get best extraction, 4. Juice citrus like oranges and grapefruit with a citrus juicer to get maximum juice. None of the juicers I have used do a great job with citrus. The exception is lemon because I include the peel. The peel gives an extra kick without making it too bitter. But if you want a lighter flavor only use the juice. 5. If you can’t clean it right away put as many parts in a pitcher or bucket of water to soak. Once the debris dries on the mesh it is very hard to get off. Plus it keeps the plastic from staining. 6. Put it in a location where you can get to it easily. Once it is out of site it is easy to forget about it. 7. Shop for ingredients at a bulk food store for best prices. You can go through a lot of produce in a week of juicing. It also takes a lot of space to store the produce. Luckily you don’t need to refrigerate most fruits and veggies so you only need to put the next days worth of ingredients in the fridge the night before or in the morning if you want it cold to drink right away.

It is ultra silent. Makes Juice. BUT VERY HARD TO CLEAN. Unpacking and assembling went smoothly. There are a lot of little parts, all wrapped individually. You will have to read the manual to figure out the assembly. The juicer comes with three strainers - a medium and a very fine and another one that seems to not have strainer holes and I'm guessing is for crushing fruit for making deserts. There two several BIG DO NOT's associated with this juicer that were a little bit of a surprise. 1) It is not dishwasher safe - do not put the pieces in the dishwasher, and do not clean with hot water. 2) Do not put ice or frozen fruit into the juicer - thaw frozen fruit before trying to juice them. If you want a frozen smoothie, I guess you have to blend your ice in a mixer. We started by making juice out of some single fruits (apples, oranges, strawberries, etc) to see how they tasted. Read the instructions first (you should) and saw that we had to remove the apple cores and the orange peels. The single fruit juice runs went pretty well. It was fun and quite an experience for the kids to taste what a juiced apple is really like, pulp and all, not the crystal clear brown liquid you get at the market. The orange produced a lot of pulp, which I guess is to be expected. Things got a little weirder with the high-value fruits. The machine holds about 1/4 to 1/2 of liquid that doesn't make it through. That was about all the strawberries we had, so we just got a dribble of strawberry juice. I finally took it apart and scraped the juice out with a rubber spatula. The included recipe book has some good suggestions. It does suggest using a liquidy fruit (like an apple) to push a high-value fruit (like raspberries) through the system. We made a recipe that was one apple, one bannana, and 8 ounces of thawed, previously frozen mixed berries (which happened to be on sale the day we went to the market - yay). That all went through the machine well, and the kids like it, mixed with some milk to make it more like a smoothie. I didn't feel like getting the blender out to blend ice to make a proper smoothie. My wife wanted me to make sure I mentioned how hard it was to clean. It is a bit of a chore. I can't see us running it every day, but could imagine making a batch of juice to drink over 3-4 days. It is remarkable silent and smooth. May be the best feature of the product. I would LOVE to find a mixer or food processor with a motor that was as smooth and powerful as this juicer.

I never thought I would make my own juice, I’am probably like everyone else that buys their juice at the store, but I thought I would give it a try with this juicer. We usually buy fruits and don’t eat all them before we have to throw them out so I said to my wife why not turn these fruits into juice that we can either drink or put in our protein drinks(natural sweetness). The juicer worked great with grapes I didn’t even have to use the plunger the grapes were sucked into the juicer and came out the sweetest juice I ever tasted, can’t wait to try it on other fruits

I was pleasantly surprised at how this juicer works and the noise level. This is so quiet and easy to use. Coes with easy to follow instructions to get your started and recipes that I will be spending some time trying. We made carrot apple juice adn it was so smooth. No pulp gets through and it's easy to clean afterwards. Comes with extra strainers and a brush to clean everything. Juice is delicious. I've had a few juicers and this one is by far the best and quietest I've had.

I really like the quality of this Ultra silent BPA free whole fruit juicer. It came fast and was well packaged. This juicer has many great functions including making fruit ice cream which is one feature I will use a lot especially with my grandchildren. The only thing that was a small problem for me was that because of how well it’s made it’s a little heavier then I expected but I am almost 70 years old so it might just be me. It is very quite compared to other machines. Thanks
