Our manufacturing facility routinely checks finished products to maintain odor-free processing, but the product sometimes absorbs odors before it reaches you. The source of this problem can be challenging to identify, but under certain conditions, paper/plastic products can absorb odor from a warehouse or other surroundings during storage. I use the strings like you would twisty ties, but, I don't over fill the bags and can bunch the top into a neck that I can wrap the string around to close the bag.

It is too thin and does not live up to the name brand. I can by cheaper brands and they are stronger. Overpriced.
I can't understand why the liner makers like Hefty don't make their 33 gallon liners to fit the 32 gallon trash cans better. Rubbermaid and the other major makers of 32 gallon cans have a circumference of about 34.5 inches, while these liners are only 32.75, they are just a little bit too small to fit the trash cans properly. If you are careful you can stretch the liner, but they are stretched so much it creates a weak spot, and sometimes even tears the liner. So a 33 gallon liner is too small to fit a common 32 gallon trash can. Come on Hefty, why don't you make a liner that fits a common 32 gallon trash can properly?
I think you're mixing up circumference and diameter? I have a 32" Rubbermaid bin, diameter is 21.5" (measuring to outer edge), which equates to a 67.54" circumference. But either way, I appreciate your commend, as I know now not to buy these regardless

I have the 21 gal. and can't find bags
I have noticed the same thing because I also have the 32 gallon Rubbermaid can and use these liners. I am careful when installing the liner to try and keep it from stretching or tearing. That said, I like that the liner is tight to the can so that when I'm throwing items in the can, the liner stays tight to the sides and does not fall down. I know that with that can and this liner, I do not have to worry about the liner coming loose. If you want one that is larger than the can, you would want to get the 42 Gal trash bags. I hope this helps!
mine work fine and always have. maybe you need a can with a narrower top or try another brand.
I had a similar issue, but in my case it did fit over the top of the can. For me the bag was not tall enough. So when filling the bag, it would fall into the can.

I would think that they would NOT hold up to a huge amount of construction debris. You will probably need the larger, more heavy duty ones that Hefty puts out.
Thy are very strong. I have used them for old tile before. They hold up as long as the tile corner doesn't tear a hole in the bag (which can happen). I always use a trash can with these bags to help contain the trash. I hope this helps!
I don't think so. I stuffed tumbleweeds in my bags and holes were poked in the sides. Buy the contractor rated bags for your needs. They are a little more expensive, but they work well.
