Great knife!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife already and I just received it! It's nicely weighted and balanced and is a good in between size (7") for my smaller hands. I also like how tall the blade it. Will definitely be my new favorite!

Like none other.

I have always used the house knives provided to me by the restaurant, but this is a whole new beast. It just feels right, great weight, good balance and a fantastic edge. 5 out of 5.

High quality knife, both functional and beautiful

A knife that feels great for large and small hands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife has smallish hands, I have largish ones, and we live in a tiny house where every inch of storage space is at a premium. So having one all-around cook's knife that works for both of us is a win. We've tried about half a dozen over the years, and this is the first one that feels right for both of us — and, last but not least, it's an excellent knife. It also plays well with our great Henckels steak knives.
