Will not fit TWO of the caulk guns I own
When attempting to use this product I was disappointed to find out it would not fit in two of the caulk guns I own. The first, a standard manual HDX caulk gun and the other one a Milwaukee M12 battery operated caulk gun. As pointed out by some reviewers, it seems that the metal ring on the bottom prevents the tube from seating. It also seems that the tube is about 1/2 inch longer than other caulk tubes I own.

WillyWonka, we are truly puzzled by your comments. Usually when you place a tube in a caulking gun you put the nozzle in first so that it seats in the front of the caulking gun first. There is a lip on the front of the caulking gun that allows the tube to move forward about a half inch so that the tube can fit properly in the gun. Washed away after several months?
In March we followed all of the instructions and watched videos and thought we had done a good job.  In Dec we had a rain storm last week and the leak started back up again. Got on the roof and saw that the Wet patch had washed away somehow!! The reinforcing fabric is visible again and it looks like a bunch of it is just gone. I am shocked. Put more on today and reached out to support. Hope it sticks

Was just what I needed
Henrys 209xr
This was just what I needed when a small leak in my roof popped up. No need to buy an entire gallon of sealer with this 10.1 ounce chalking tube size. Easy and neat to apply without any big mess. I applied it to a dry surface, but it can be applied even if it is raining, when you really need to stop a leak!

Turn White and cracked after 1 Summer
Very Disappointed!! All white, Dried and Cracked!
I bought 2 one gallon, and applied on my roof. I know this product can be applied in rain, but to make sure a great application, i waited for a party cloudy day around 70F and no rain for 5days forecast. I did brush by broom & cleaned very well before applying the Henry Extreme Rubberized Wet Patch.
I went onto my roof to check after 1 week of applying it, still perfect and sticky. I did read many official reviews stating it should never dry, its how can stay waterproof... Unfortunately, this so call "best quality" product amd its not cheap, dry out completely, and cracked after just 1 summer... I applied it on late May 2020, and now is Oct 8th 2020 and its like 20yrs old!! Seriously, my roof was 15yrs, and the original sealant still good! This is unacceptable!!!
I even bought 2 more 10oz tube for other roof projects... now I worried they will be dry and crack by next year!!
I read so much review on this products and many researches. It is considered the best/highest quality out of others, so i have high expectation of it. Unfortunately, this product is crap!

This was described to me from a HD worker and I feel He got it mixed up with a stronger brand this doesnt really harden the way he said it would. It does fill but maybe it is better used as a spread for  shingle repair and obstacles built on top of roof. My need was for sealing at mounting points of aluminum roof butting up to original roof.

Russ-thank you for leaving a review on this product. A roof patch, or any other applied product, should never completely harden. You want something that will stay somewhat soft and pliable in order to move with the expansion/contraction actions the roof undergoes daily. Something that becomes hard or rigid will crack and therefore fail. Easy application, just make sure you have latex gloves and old shirt and pants on, the "goop" doe...
Easy application, just make sure you have latex gloves and old shirt and pants on, the "goop" doesn't come off, washing your hands and arms with Dawn and a scrubber, you may need a mask as well, the smell of petroleum is over whelming even in open air situations.
