About This Product
FortiFlash is a self-adhesive waterproof flashing membrane for windows that provides lasting protection against water intrusion in the most demanding environmental conditions. It can also be used for flashing non-roofing horizontal conditions such as pot shelves, parapets, sill pans and recessed windows. The strong adhesion makes it effective in sealing around common through-wall penetrations such as hose bibs, vents, electrical boxes and exterior lights.

FortiFlash can be placed around a corner of a window. It can be used around windows, doors, and non-roofing horizontal applications such as pot shelves, parapets, sill pans, and recessed windows. It can not be left exposed and must be covered up with siding or brick.
This FortiFlash product is a flexible flashing designed to prevent incidental moisture intrusion around windows and doors. FortiFlash should not be installed horizontally or on a slope less than 60 degrees. And, should be covered a s soon as possible after installation.

Are there cold tempeture limitations? We plan to install in the mid-40s. There’s no temp referernce on HD product pages nor any reference on your site
From the spec sheet below. Limitations: For optimum adhesion, FortiFlash and FortiFlash Commercial flashing should be allied at temperatures between 40F and 120F.
