AnswerYes. This dutch oven and its lid are ok to use in the convection oven. Just don't forget to use an oven mitt to handle the pan and the lid.

This pot is a little smaller than I thought it would be it will definitely hold a roast and a small whole chicken. It's well made and very sturdy for cooking over the stove or in the oven.
